I remember when it first opened it was really nice but now the parking lot is very confusing to navigate, I’ve never seen anything like it. I went inside because usually it’s quicker at most places but the staff focused on only the drive thru, I wanted a half dozen donuts so I was waiting to order at the counter but no one ever came to wait on me. I noticed a car pulling into the drive thru when I was walking in and that car was pulling out of the drive thru by the time I left so they just didn’t care about the people inside. The people who ordered on the kiosk were waiting well before I went inside and hadn’t been served before I left. I ended up walking out with no donuts not being waited on after waiting several minutes and it was just a huge waste of time. At that point just close the inside and be drive thru only. I will never ever be going back to this location go to any other Dunkin’ Donuts in the area.

Literally the worst service experience of my life. For starters, extremely long line and wait time. You would think that meant that they were taking their time with each order. But that couldn’t be further from the truth. When I finally got to the window the Hispanic girl at the register told me my total was $3. And I knew that wasn’t right and corrected her since I ordered multiple things. She then looked at me with a blank stare as if I was supposed to hop in thru the window and tell her how their computer system works. She conferred with a colleague for about 3 minutes and than opens the window and asks me with a confused expression “did you get the large iced coffee” I said no and told her exactly what my order was. She shut the window and then 5 minutes later opened the window and proceeded to hand me the WRONG DRINK. I corrected her she made the correct drink but it tasted horrendous and looked like straight mom water. My assumption from her absolutely horrendous service was that perhaps she is new. I get giving grace to new employees, however she was single-handedly working the window which gave the impression that she no longer required training. Multiple colleagues saw how terrible she was doing at the window and did not intervene. I literally got to the window and had to restate my order. Additionally the drive thru itself is in such poor quality. The orange stands separating the drive thru line from the exit line are literally FALLING. One of these days they will damage a car.

Dunkin seems to care less about the quality and quantity of their food…for me it started my my coffee not being made right 3 times and it just went down hill from there…the service is inconsistent as far as friendliness goes…sandwiches are most of the time slapped together….loaded hashbrowns are the potion for a very very small child who is not very hungry at all….for the
Cost that’s VERY bad….Show appreciation to your Customers by not being so skimpy….I do believe I will not give them my 5 times a week Business for awhile….my Drink today was just colored water that was supposed to be a tornado twist …smh

I always get a bacon egg and cheese croissant, loaded hash browns with extra cheese sauce, and ice latte. At first I had an issue with not getting extra cheese… it was like no cheese… but as soon as I brought it to their attention… I’ve had NO issues since. I absolutely love Dunkin’ and I literally get the same thing EVERY. SINGLE. DAY. and I will continue to as long as they keep doing what they’re doing.

Always, large hazelnut iced coffee decaf with cream and 8 equals…also my go-to is Large unsweetened raspberry ice tea with 8 equals also with 2 egg, cheese, bacon wraps. On Wednesday’s if you have their app, you can get a FREE Classic donut when you make a purchase. After I have my app scanned for my rewards(offers) to receive my FREE donut, I ensure I have my app scanned for the scan/Pay to get the points for the items I’ve paid for. At this particular DD, they have an obstacle course set up to get to the drive thru window. The service at the drive thru is pretty fast. There is hardly ever any wait time. The employees are very polite and professional.

Confusing drive through, didn’t get my order right, and when I went in to try and resolve the issue they were out of the specific thing I asked for. Gave me a refund right out of the tip jar instead of putting the money back on my card. I’d skip this Dunkin if I were you

I ordered a coffee and asked for ONE cream and my coffee came out white as snow. Why does DD thinks everyone wants cream with a dash of coffee? I always avoid DD because i know they are obsessed with creamer but i thought dialing down to one cream would solve the issue.,., nope. They love they their cream.., no use trying again

This place was packed and incredibly busy and my coffee and bagel were still made great. Staff was on top of everything.
The only thing I didn’t like was you had to buy something before you could use the bathroom and the code was on the bottom of the receipt.

I’ve come to this dunkin countless times and I’ve never had a bad experience unlike the one that I just had. I preordered my coffee and food on the app and proceeded to pick up the order at the drive thru. The employee did not greet me at all, she didn’t even say “Hi” or “what was the name for the order again?” Not even a smile. When I pulled up to the window, I said hi and looked at the employee so I read this as she wasn’t ready for me so I waited patiently. Nothing but awkward silence. I’ve worked in retail and food service so I know as this is common sense to greet the customer when they approach you. That’s rule number one of not just any retail service but human decency. After 5 minutes of silence she finally said “are you ready to pay?” I told her that I order my food and coffee on the app. She told me “next time say something then.” I was stunned because her tone and her body language was all very negative. Once I received my food it was cold, soggy, and did not taste good. This dunkin needs to stop being careless with food and train their employees proper interaction with customers.
