We ordered a pretzel pizza and a regular pepperoni pizza. We called in our order. For one I had to talk to 4 different people to see if they had pretzel pizza. Took 15 minutes just to order 2 basic pizzas. Go to pick up.. pretzel pizza has NO sauce only cheese and pepperoni and our other pizza was no where to be found. So we had to wait 10 minutes to make our 2nd pizza. By then our sauce-less pretzel pizza was ice cold. Meanwhile the crew in the back are throwing spatulas at each other and goofing off while other customers were waiting for service. Not sure where they find these people to hire but it’s sad and pathetic. Paying customers work hard for their money and get home late and rely on quick meals sometimes to feed their families. I was absolutely disgusted with my experience. DO BETTER!

Great food for fairly cheap. The workers here are literally teenagers for the most part who are doing their best when completely overrun with rude and entitled customers. Multiple times I have seen this staff provide the best customer service despite being screamed at and threatened by locals.

Order $25 of food. Pizzas undercooked, employee didn’t have my sauces with the order, not one but two orders of crazy bread are LEGIT doughy, extremely undercooked. And probably not safe to eat. This shop needs help ASAP uncooked dough is not safe. Also not worth the price I paid for dough

We ordered a Fantastic 4 pizza from them to pick up. The order was placed online at 11:42 and went in the oven 3 minutes later. We are still currently waiting for the pizza at 1:42pm. That pizza won’t be any good at over an hour in the oven. This has ruined our lunch. So, I cant rate the service, food or atmosphere, since we never got the order
This is not the first time we have had issues with this particular restaurant, we just keep hoping it is going to get better, but it doesn’t. Overall, our experiences with this particular Little Caesars has been crap. This used to be our go to pizza place. But with the quality and timing issues, I think we’ll find another pizza place to go to. Damn shame! Will not be going back! 10 out of 10 do not recommend

The service was a little slow but those young adults were working their butts off! From my own experience in my late teens/early 20’s I’d be goofing off. These employees all had a great work ethic! The pizza was hot, fresh and made as ordered. The store was clean and I was greeted as soon as I walked in.

It’s always packed with people waiting, I ordered a stuffed pretzel crust pizza with pizza sauce, instead got a regular crust with cheese sauce pizza, my side sauces were not with the order so I ask for the 4 I paid for, worker tries to hand me 2. They pay attention to nothing here

Sat in my car waiting for app notification. 15 minutes after it was supposed to be ready, I walked inside and asked about my order. She walked to the back and immediately brought me my order. So it was probably done on time, they couldn’t be bothered to put it in a pizza portal, just leave it out on a table to get cold and not notify customer it’s ready. Worse location ever; I’m sorry I moved here.

This is a shoutout for the S. Koeller store in Oshkosh, Wisconsin for their composure and excellent customer service on March 22nd, 2025. The store was crazy busy, it was around 5:30 PM on a Saturday afternoon during the March Madness weekend. A door dash driver came in and was extremely rude and abusive to the young person at the register who appeared to be a newish team member. He was also rude to everyone else who came up to the register, like door dash in the house should have preferred service before the other customers and outside orders. I couldn’t hold myself back and commented that he didn’t have to talk to the employees like that. I worked in the service industry for 36 years (retired now) but I had to call him out for being a jerk for all the times I had to bite my tongue. Anyway, your team rocks and I wanted you to know.
