Wanted to give them a try and am turned off by them. Order was wrong and cannot understand why. Ordered the Honey Sesame chicken and rice online. Got home excited to try it out and I open my container to shrimp and beef. My wife has a shellfish allergy so luckily she wasn’t home when I opened the container. A complete failure to follow a clear order is a sign of poor work ethic and I will not be returning here.

Just ate here and it was DELICIOUS! I used to eat here in Texas so it’s awesome to find this one in Pennsylvania! The food was amazing as always, very flavorful! I had the honey chicken, lo-main, and the honey shrimp. The staff were VERY nice and helpful! The restaurant was also quiet inside as I ate my food had nice music, and it was very clean and well maintained.
Will eat here again!

In my opinion, Panda Express is the best Chinese food you’re ever gonna get. The orange chicken is always on point — crispy, flavorful, and hits every time. The fried rice is consistently good, and the broccoli? Fresh and perfectly cooked. You can tell they use real, quality vegetables. I seriously love this place. Honestly, I’m kind of glad it’s not right around the corner from me… because I’d be here every single day.

They had one of my favorite dishes “Sweet Fire Chicken”. I live in Alabama and travel to Pennsylvania for work. During COVID all of the Panda’s in Georgia and Alabama removed this item from the menu and never brought back. When I saw that they still had it I had to go get it. They were just making a fresh batch so I had to wait a little while but it was well worth the wait. I got that and an order of Cream Cheese Rangoons (which were also delicious). The staff was super friendly and the restaurant was clean and inviting.

Zhen, Big G, and the team prepared our food fresh even near closing time in a timely manner. They were friendly, and the complimentary drink was a nice touch. Really appreciated the hospitality!

I must admit that my daughter and I were apprehensive about eating here due to hearing some negative comments that the food was not so good and about a small portion size for the price. My daughter and I had to go and experience the food ourselves to come to our own conclusion.
Well, and I do emphasize “Well!” We are glad we did!! The atmosphere was exactly what you would expect. There is an express line where you pick out your food and they serve it to you, hence the name of the place
is Panda Express. The place was clean. The staff and servers were courteous, cheerful, helpful, and efficient with our order.
Hadyn answered any questions we had with a smile. Anna, our server, was kind and made sure to get our order exactly the way we wanted it. The food was delicious and we were happy with the portions.
I have to say that we disagree with the Negative Nellys! If you want some good American Chinese food that might not be exactly like an actual authentic Asian Restaurant but just as satisfying then don’t hesitate to go and enjoy! The price is about the same. Oh, those apple pie rolls for dessert were so good we ordered two more to take home with us to enjoy later! We will be returning in the future to dine-in or order for pickup or delivery. Also, you can sign up for Panda Rewards to earn Panda Points to use towards your next order! Now, who can complain about that?!!

This was my first time trying panda express. I wish I could relive it again! Talk about value. Me and my wife split a “bigger plate” of three entrees and a side, and it was enough to fill us up. Better than that, it was delicious! But to what really matters most:
When we walked in you can see straight back into the kitchen like any other similar place. Except unlike other places, it was spotless! A worker was wiping the serving counter while we decided what to eat. The equipment looked almost new! Immaculate. That makes me feel great. The dining room was similarly beautiful. The staff welcomed us when we entered, and was well spoken through the whole ordering process which helped as I’m a bit hard of hearing.
He offered us samples of their new infusions drinks, and recommended his favorites. Both were great!

The service was awful I tried to give them some slack because it’s new but they were rude. Only accepted EXACT change. Also found a this black stuff in my chicken I have no idea what it is but these photos barely do it justice. Definitely not worth the money. The inside was purple and stringy, i am so grossed out. Do better, I was excited about eating here. Never again.

This was my first time eating at a Panda Express and it was a good experience. It’s an interesting concept and it reminded me of a Chipotle for Chinese food. The restaurant was pretty new and everything was clean. There were a lot of employees and it seemed pretty busy. The food that I selected was pretty good, but not as good as from my local Chinese restaurant. The soda machine was partially broken, but no problems besides that. Pricing wasn’t too bad, being just a bit more than a normal fast food restaurant. I would eat here again.
