It is like playing Russian Roulette when you enter a dunkin donuts. You never nnow if your coffe will taste like shit or not, but I have a trick. If you use cream or any other creamer, add more to it so the coffee wont taste like their hashbrowns. Just a tip.

All Dunkin Donuts gave the same problem . They violate the rules requiring posting accurate business hours. They close at a locations at 7:30p.m., not 8 as the signs on the door say. And no, they’re not open at the drive thru. The staff abandons the drive thru window and locks the doors. Hey but they leave the lights on!!!

To put my experience simply, extraordinary. My sweet black pepper bacon on a plain bagel was cooked to perfection and melted in my mouth. This is why I have taken the time to write this review, especially for Sardool. Sardool is such a fantastic cook and without him, the dunkin’s would surely go under. He and these two young teenage girls took care of me and it was the best experience of my life. Thank you for your service.

Extremely disappointed with the service. They couldn’t make my sandwich correctly. When I asked to remake the sandwich, I got an attitude as if it was my fault that they made a mistake. I walked out without taking any food. The person making my sandwich with gloves touched a dirty delivery cart handle full of drinks and instantly touched my food with the same dirty gloves.

Although the location at times is a traffic nightmare,
This one is the best no contest. As busy as it gets, always quick service,very polite staff, NEVER get the wrong order.

Well I was trying to use my App which even the store mngr should have been able to help me with. This was half of approximately 17$, he took 7$ off. Food was cold coffee was not correct. And they have no senior discount??? This is on Montvale Ave across from Polcari’s . I Love Dunk’s but I don’t think I will be back here. It’s very inconvenient for parking as well.

Terrible Dunkin’! The drinks are made badly and the get order wrong! We had gotten 3 drinks and they were all supposed to be the toasted white chocolate latte but one of them became a regular latte and made bad. Not the first time they made bad drinks or got orders wrong. Not going there again.
