This is what you get for $3.99+tax. We’ve been coming for over 15 years and have slowly stopped coming. Ever since new owners took over, prices went up and quality went down, and the employees just aren’t friendly. Going to get an ice cream treat is supposed to be fun!
Ps they don’t give you a price at the window, they tell you to pull up. Once you pull up, they ask for your card and don’t give receipt’s. So honestly, I have no idea what I paid for 1 hot fudge sundae, and 2 mini blizzards. I’m just going off the menu prices. Menu said HFS was $3.99 and each MINI blizzard is $5.09!!!

We had a great experience at Dairy Queen! Bryce was super nice and asked about our day! It was nice! The staff was efficient and a good team. The icecream was perfect and yummy. We enjoyed eating in their clean outdoor area and it wasn’t too busy at all! Thank you for the good service!

Well 1 star bc there is no food at that location. As far service, if I could put a negative star I would. The staff gets very frustrated if you ask to add anything to your treat. But that’s not the worst part. I was bullied into making me purchase more to honor a coupon. The coupon was very simple it stated, $1.99 any size blizzard with “blizzard or any treat at equal or more value” so I bought another “treat,” A peanut butter, buster parfait (at $6.19 value which is more than a blizzard, LG blizzard starts at 6.99, not to mention the coupon stated “Any Size Blizzard at 1.99”) so I can get a blizzard for 1.99. The staff kept repeating that I have to get another blizzard which was far from true. The staff started getting louder louder (three other customers were in the store as well). I was well over embarrassed thinking to myself how could they be okay with the way they handle this situation, even if they were right about the coupon, which they weren’t. I calmly tried to explain to the gentleman behind the counter trying to point at the coupon which was just on the counter top. He then grabbed and waved it as if i couldn’t read. He then pointed at my receipt and kept saying “yeah yeah yeah” which made absolutely no sense in this situation. I was lost. I left out Dairy Queen spending $22.48 with my coupon. I was bullied into buying another blizzard for absolutely no reason. I honestly never write reviews but this is not the first time they haven’t honored a really really simple coupon. That time it was a hassle but fortunately somebody in the back heard the staff up front and hurried up to the register and was fully aware of the simple coupon and apologized. I’ll attach a picture of my receipt as well. Super disheartening not only because of the situation but on how they handled it and treated me. Oh and a 1 star for the atmosphere because as you imagine it ls not the best atmosphere with the current service at that time. Your service within a business molds your atmosphere. And as far as now it’s clearly something that they’re not too worried about. I love the company Dairy Queen, it’s just a little disappointing knowing this location is a little different than others and not in a good way. I really hope management can read this and take it as genuine feedback for change. I still believe this location as the possibility to do amazing but it starts with change.

I would come here several times a month but they have over charged me several times and I use to not care but it’s just the principle.
now when ever they are out of an item, instead of subsituating the item they are out of with another, they just decide to up charge you for the inconvenience. (Its a $1 add on)
I’d always take people to this location as well. Hopefully they understand how insane this sounds especially since you’re already paying almost $7 for a medium shake anyways.

Terrible. Drive thru employee was rude and incompetent. Owner or supervisor was just as rude and threw the receipt when the single item was questioned. Order was still wrong. Unbelievable. Complete disrespect and utter ignorance for the concept of customer service. It’s ice cream for heaven’s sake. Not that hard.

They always have a treat for my dog when I walk her and they very kind to my son that I bring for ice cream on our walks. They have cakes and all types of freezer treats premade too.

Fast, accurate, friendly and accommodating.
I’ve even driven up as they were just opening– I was greeted with appreciative, happy smiling faces– ALWAYS ACCURATE food made to order!
I’ve only been there a few times, but they know me, and what I usually order– so refreshing to see great service at a restaurant!
