I stopped by Monday night around 9 PM to pick up a to-go order. This is usually my go-to place, so the experience was disappointing. I used the drive-through for pickup. The employee assisting me, a woman with braided hair, did not greet me or acknowledge me in any way. I had a request, but even though she heard me, she ignored it, handed me the order, and walked away. I even added a tip, yet the service was extremely poor and felt dismissive. Later, when I picked up the to-go bag, I noticed liquid had leaked from the bottom, soaking through the bag and tearing it, which ended up dirtying my car seat.

I spared you the picture of all the half chewed pieces but all the steak but maybe one piece was literally inedible!!! All hard gristle! I paid for carne asada and steak and got a veggie salad with miserable chunks of crap I had to spit out. It was gross. Ruined my lunch. They had a ladder in drive through and looked at me like they were confused when I drove up. Maybe it was the maintenance crew and all the food service workers called out. I had the BEST steak at the pacific Ave location last week and had high hopes. Nope. I won’t be back to this location. Oh and chips were burned too.

They’re SO stingy with their salad dressing and today was the last straw. My brother was a manager at chipotle for years, I get they dropped the dressing down to 2 oz from 4 oz. That should still be half the cup though. I asked for a dressing and they handed me a cup with maybe a 1/2 oz of dressing. Asked for a second cup and the employee was clearly annoyed. They handed me another cup with the same small amount. They’ve been making the cups smaller and smaller for months now (especially this specific location). No more chipotle for our house I guess. ♀️ We’ll go to Qdoba instead.

I ordered a meal for 4-6. It was delicious, I highly recommend this for a small office party. Lots of fresh ingredients, even bowls, forks and serving utensils. I will definitely be doing this again.

The employees are polite, but the food is not the same anymore. The portions are much smaller, the chips are always stale, and I’ve seen better effort when making someone’s food on the Vegas vacation cheap buffet. Don’t even get me started on how the pricing has gone up as well. The photo here are of my tacos with fajitas. I had to get a photo right when I opened this up.

I can’t go here anymore. It used to be my go to but they didn’t have anyone attend the Chipotlane tonight. Cars were lined up and then eventually got tired of waiting so people parked to go inside and ask for their order. Must be busy right?
When I went inside I was surprised to see it was NOT busy. I imagine the workers felt they needed to focus on their other tasks and ignore the Chipotlane. Super odd. Cherry on top… they also forgot my queso on the side. I should’ve just went to Habit Burger next door. ♀️

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I recently came in to dine and the place was horrible. It had such a strong smell of marijuana that it gave me a headache. The place was an absolute mess with food and trash left all over the dining area. The workers were also extremely rude and appeared to be high, I also witnessed a few of them go into the back and smoke something. I will not be returning.
