My pizzas looked like yesterday’s pizzas not one but two. I tried to call them and no answer. If you’re looking for a fresh pizza to eat please I advice you to open your box and inspect your pizzas freshness. And hope it does not look like a days old pizza(s). For me never again, this my 2nd time with a bad experience at this location. We threw it away hope some animal will eat them..

I ordered a custom stuffed crazy crust with extra cheese and sauce. The pizza they gave me didn’t have any of that. The timing was also suspicious. The app said the pizza would be ready between 6:19 and 6:24. The tracker said it the order was reciceved 6:01 and in the oven 6:02 and ready 6:09. How did they prep my order and bake it that fast? Makes me think they gave me a premade pizza and charged me the same as if they followed my order correctly. Well won’t come here again. Even if this isn’t the case they still got my order wrong like the 3rd time in a row

1015 Weslaco: Ordered a cheese bread that was almost burnt and not even cut. For some reason their pizzas come soaked with oil underneath it.

So far has been the worst pizza we’ve had consistently. Both their regular hot n ready and Extra Most Bestest pizzas look exactly the same. You can never tell the difference. They are overcooked and never have the amount of toppings they are supposed to. It’s gotten to the point that we go across town to another little cesars or eat another brand all together. I guess you get what you pay for!

This location has a very poor customer service. I placed an order and waited 20 minutes when I went to check I was informed I was going to have to wait because they had just placed the order. I asked for my refund. As I’m waiting the lead she just didn’t care. A customer who has waited 10 minutes she apologized too but not me and decided to give that customer wings and I don’t know what else for the inconvenience. When I asked for her managers name she refused to give it to me but yet she was on the phone w him asking him how to do a void. What type of people r they hiring that have no customer service experience and then I don’t even know how this young lady even became a lead. Well I will be reaching their supervisor Jesus and making sure they know how unprofessional and horrible my experience was.

Nice new location that is kept very clean. The staff was friendly and nice when ordering. The girl that took my order even made sure to let me know about the wait time for items they didn’t have hot and ready. If you have to wait for items there are only 2 seats in the small lobby so you may have to wait in your car. This location also has a drive-thru to make pickup even easier. You can also order ahead with the app and they will have it ready at a given time in the pizza portal box for pickup with no wait. Pizzas were shown to me before taking them and everything looked good and hot. Good location will be back again

Last time I ordered online, I was waiting forever for an update on the order. Just to finally give in and go and check. Just to find out the order had already been done, the employees just never updated. Not to mention employee were laughing at a customer in drive through. The girls there just giggle and gossip and hardly pay attention to customer service

This is for little Caesars on International Boulevard FM 1015. Three stars overall for the simple reason that their phone is always down or they just don’t like answering the phone. I have to drive just to find out that they out of either wings or cheese bread instead of finding that out thru a phone call… Its really unnecessary. This happened several times.
