I am new to the area from north Jersey. I was craving a hot pastrami with spicy mustard, lettuce & tomatoes on a sub/hoagie roll, but what a disappointment this place was today! I almost didn’t do this review but hours later I went to eat my brownie. The pastrami hoagie was extremely stingy & full of salt! No way I could eat more than one bit. The brownie was so hard. I even attempted to warm it up and that didn’t help. Whoever handled my order needs additional training. That is the nicest way I can put it. I spent money and ended up cooking because the food was disgusting. I had high hopes after the reviews and it was not what people wrote about. Atleast not this location on today’s date!!!! I won’t be returning and I advise if anyone else orders that they check their food before leaving the store. I’ll take the 2 hour ride up north next time for a perfect pastrami! I’m happy I had this experience before my work event because I probably would’ve ordered from here.

There was a live roach in the drink refrigerator. The floors looked freshly cleaned, but underneath the bagel display there was old food sitting there that clearly hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. My sandwich was also extremely greasy for over two months hit or miss and not enjoyable at all.
This is completely unacceptable from a cleanliness standpoint. Very disappointing. I won’t be back — and in my experience, the Cinnaminson location has been even worse.

Asked for buttered toast and was given a butter sandwich that was toasted. They even upcharged me for a “buttered bagel” instead of toast. Food was cold and just thrown in the bag. Will never go back.

Very tasty bagel and a great price. I had the wheat everything with meat, egg, and cheese which was very good. The staff in there is very friendly also. I usually shop at a bagel shop in Medford which I will no longer doing as this bagel is much better.

Fantastic bagel sandwich. Obviously fresh ingredients, perfect bagel, and they even do capers for a lox sandwich!
Staff was delightful and the coffee station was perfect for on the go quickness. Had a moment to try the Gelato, and I will definitely need to go back because this place has it all.
