I was hesitant to go because of the reviews about “poor customer service” but I did not find that to be the case at all!

Everyone we spoke with was incredibly kind, the owner even explained everything on the menu since we’d never been here before. The server was very kind as well.

Food was delicious, we got the soy chicken and the honey lemon, they were both great and very crispy.

The Bimbinbap was also delicious, and I tried the peach milkis which I hadn’t tasted before, I’d recommend it.

Overall, great experience!

I love ( Love) the bulgogi fried dumplings. It’s $8 for 4. I also bought the chicken ones as well but I love the beef bulgogi the best. The menu is big and a little expensive. They were very nice about giving me 2 different sauces on the 10 piece chicken wings. The wings tasted great. The curry ones had goopy sauces on it and the soy ginger was real good. The coating was thick, light and crispy. Very good. I couldn’t eat them all and tried to reheat them in the microwave. Not a good idea. The staff was very nice and friendly. I will definitely go back and try something new ( and the dumplings)..lol

I was craving spicy wings or tenders but wanted better quality than the usual chains so decided to check this place out. Things were a bit awkward initially but staff was just busy and doing the best they could. We ordered the spicy tenders and the garlic tenders. Both were delicious and fried to perfection. When they say hot they mean hot. Eyes were watering and nose was rugby but I couldn’t stop eating my chicken. Prices are more than reasonable for the amount of food you get. Definitely want to go back and try other dishes.

We hit up this casual dining spot located in a strip mall for lunch. The double fried spicy garlic chicken wings were on point. Extra crispy sticky, tossed and coated with flavorful sauce and the perfect amount of heat. I personally prefer these wings over Bonchon. They also have way more varieties on flavors and three options- wings, tenders, and whole wings. Tteokbokki was good. Service was awesome. Sadly they didn’t have mochi donuts available anymore.

Eight here today for the very first time and I was thoroughly impressed. I had heard mixed reviews about this place, but I’m very glad I chose to eat here. The chicken was perfectly fried. The breading is great and their sauces are amazing. We had the bone in wings with lemon honey sauce and we also had a chicken tenders with a honey garlic sauce, and we shared a beef bulgogi dumplings fried. I will definitely be coming back here to eat, people should definitely give this place a chance it could be your new go to chicken tender spot. I can’t wait to try more.

If you’re craving authentic Asian cuisine in Williamsburg, look no further than 92 Korean Chicken (Bonanza Social Kitchen). It’s a great find in this area, and I’m so glad we stumbled upon it!

From the moment we walked in, the owner greeted us with such warmth and kindness.

Food was absolutely phenomenal. Wings were next-level: perfectly crispy on the outside, juicy and flavorful on the inside. Each bite was a crunchy and savory. My son ordered the jajangmyeon noodles, and that rich, velvety black bean sauce was pure magic, he practically licked the bowl clean.

Whether you’re a local or just passing through, this spot is a must-visit. Great vibes, incredible food, and the sweetest people running the place. We’ll definitely be back!

Very friendly owner and servers. They serve Korean dishes and my boys love their fried chicken. If you like spicy food then try their Red Hot Pepper Chicken! It is crunchy and very spicy. We’ve been here before but usually order take out. This time we stayed and ate there. They have a nice bar area, and an area with picnic tables which comfortably sat all 6 of us. We were there on a Saturday and the owner explained that they only had 3 people working when they previously had 10. We understood the situation since it’s quite the norm now around town to not have enough people working in any business. Despite that, our food came out steaming hot and delicious. We enjoyed the relaxing vibe of the place. I wish we had tried their Blue Bell ice cream but the food servings were huge and filled us up. Maybe next time!

First of all, amazing customer service. Our server took the time to explain the menu, give recommendations, and was extremely friendly and attentive. We got the bibimbap with bulgogi and sesame ginger sauce, soy garlic tenders, and yangnyeom tenders – all were so delicious and the tenders were saucy and crisped to perfection! We also got the red bean bingsu to share for dessert – it was huge and so yummy!!

TLDR: Very poor service, long waits, incorrect orders, no communication, and dismissive staff. My son and I were so uncomfortable that we could not finish our meal and left early.

My son and I were visiting Williamsburg for the weekend and were excited to try Korean food in the area. After reading the positive reviews, we genuinely looked forward to eating here, but unfortunately our experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish.

We arrived early, hoping to beat the dinner rush. The restaurant was nearly empty, but no one greeted us or directed us. A staff member stood behind the counter looking down and not acknowledging us. There was a kiosk, so I assumed we were supposed to order there. As I was using it, the person behind the counter said something while still looking at the floor. I honestly thought he was on a Bluetooth call. He repeated himself louder, asking if we were dining in or taking out, still without making eye contact. When I said we were dining in, he simply told us to sit anywhere.

We sat down and waited. A few minutes later, another server dropped off menus without a single word and walked away. No greeting and no explanation. He simply placed them on the table and left.

Despite the restaurant being nearly empty, no one came back to take our order for several minutes. When our server finally arrived, I asked a few questions and ordered wings and bibimbap.

From that moment, it took almost 30 minutes for the first dish to come out. During that entire time, no one checked on us. We had no water and nothing on the table. My son eventually had to get up and ask for water. The server told him he’ll bring it, but then it took another five minutes for him to swing by.

When the food arrived, they brought chicken tenders instead of the wings I ordered. At that point we were hungry enough to overlook it, but the tenders were extremely dry and tasted like generic fast-food tenders. Meanwhile, the bibimbap never arrived. Since bibimbap is usually quick to assemble if ingredients are prepared, and because the first item was already wrong, I tried to flag the server down to confirm that it was still coming.

This was the moment that shocked us the most. As I was mid-sentence explaining the situation, the server simply turned around and walked away while I was still talking. No acknowledgment and no offer to check on the order. My son and I were stunned.

A few minutes later, someone who I believe was the owner came out to apologize for mixing up the order, but she disappeared again immediately. She came by one more time to offer kimchi and a side dish, but by then the entire experience had gone so poorly that we did not feel comfortable staying any longer. Neither of us could finish our food, and we decided to leave.

This experience was genuinely disheartening, especially since we were excited to support a Korean restaurant while traveling. Poor communication, long wait times, incorrect orders, and most importantly the dismissive attitude from the staff made the entire visit unpleasant.

I sincerely hope the restaurant takes this feedback to heart, as the service we experienced made it impossible for us to enjoy our meal.
