We waited in line for 30 to 40 minutes in the drive-through, and when we finally got to the menu to order, there was no response at the speaker. I waited patiently for them to say something and after about 10 minutes I said hello several times, but there was no response. I drove around to the window, where they advised that they were short staffed and could not take any orders through the drive-through. I understand the frustration of being shortstaffed, however, they could’ve figured out a way to let people know that they were not taking orders in the drive-through. There was no sign anywhere on the drive-through to let people know so people were just sitting in line trying to be patient.

I have been to this location several times, and every time it seems to take an extended period of time to either get through the drive-through or to get your food inside. One time we waited for an hour inside the restaurant to get our food. And somehow when we got our food, it was cold. It wasn’t even fresh. I gave them another chance because I thought maybe it was just because they were busy that evening. But I think it’s a mixture of poor management and not having enough reliable employees.

We will not be wasting our time at this location again.

I am writing to express my frustration regarding a recent experience at this establishment. I attempted to use the “2 for 3” deal, but I was overcharged. Because the ordering screen was broken, I was unable to see the total until I reached the window.

I am disappointed by this lack of transparency and the resulting overcharge that Trinea did not make right. As a result, I will no longer be patronizing this business and will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

Clean seating & tables, friendly staff.
Food order was correct & warm, but took a while (maybe to cook though ), bc it didn’t taste like it had been sitting under the heat lamp!
Didn’t ask if we wanted to dine in, but instead packed the bags to go….but we did sit down to eat!

Absolutely the worst Wendy’s experience ever. I have tried to give them the opportunity to be better and do better, but nothing changes. Therefore It’s time for me to write a review. They never get any order right, despite what your receipt says, they give you what they want. The receipt clearly says 2 JBC – No May, No Tomatoes. Well, I get one with no Bacon, with mayo. The other with Mayo, Tomatoes, and no Bacon. Seriously, people. How hard is it to read the order.

March 24 update – great specials and ordered the Dave’s Single custom. Wanted extra tomatoes and pickles. Got the pickles right but only one slice of tomatoe.. No line at drive thru and ordered on mobile app. Would be great to go to a place and they get the order correct. No rush should translate to accurate service. Drive thru lady was OK but nothing to write home about.

Friendly staff helps make the long drive through line acceptable. No inside dining yet but the food was hot and even got an extra small fry’s. Not sure if error or special gift for the long wait. Always worth a visit.

If I could give this Wendy’s zero stars I would. Something is always broken when we try to go (and we don’t try very often anymore due to the poor service and mediocre food at this location). Today it was their drive through cash register. I went inside to pickup my online drive up order because they said that’s what I had to do and the workers are mostly standing around talking loudly and being unprofessional (including cussing). It started out good when it first opened so I’ve been holding out hope but I’m done trying and won’t be returning.

The workers here are incredibly rude and just throw all the food in the order (including kids meals) into the same bag. Too bad the workers are so unpleasant because I really used to enjoy going to Wendy’s when I was a young kid, going there was a special treat. Now I dread going there because I expect the employees to treat me poorly. Please turn it around.

This is the worst Wendy’s I have been to in the USA .

The past 4 times I have TRIED to order there it has been an issue . The workers told me last time that I couldn’t order and to come back in 15 minutes .

DO NOT GO TO THIS WENDYS.

The workers don’t care and obviously the Operator doesn’t either.

Finally got To order tonight and my order is wrong.

Rude / Horrible customer service!
After placing a $51 order in the Drive thru, had to go inside to get missing items. Went inside & neither of the two cooks were wearing gloves. One of the cooks was playing with & touching his cell phone while touching & cooking food with his bare hands. Also, we were given hot beverages without ice & my Oreo Brownie Fusion Frosty was watery & missing brownies. Overall, horrible experience. This Wendy’s needs new management & Manager that cares about Customers.
