Down Home Eats recently provided drop off catering for a party we hosted. Leah was uber professional and created a varied menu of heavy bites that were tasty and generously portioned. Leah takes pride in making everything from scratch and using quality ingredients. Her food got a lot of kudos from my guests. Not being in Jackson, I didn’t have an understanding of how far ahead you need to order company catering, when everyone else turned it away, Lead stepped right up. Her quick response and ability to accommodate our very specific request was a lifesaver. Besides her ability to adapt and her unmatched customer service, the food was amazing! Everyone in the office raved about how it was just like some of the best home cooking you can have. It made our company holiday party that much better and we couldn’t be more grateful for her support. We look forward to partnering with Leah again in 2026!

I have family members who need to be gluten free. Leah has superb GF meals and my family loves them. One family members is GF AND vegetarian. The GF vegetable lasagna was a huge hit. And did I mention the cinnamon buns and muffins, both GF and regular? They’re so good I fly them back to California!

I recently had the pleasure of trying Elevated gluten-free cinnamon roll and lasagna, and both were absolutely amazing! The cinnamon roll was soft, sweet, and perfectly spiced! And the lasagna was delicious, packed with flavor, and a hit with the whole family. As someone who follows a gluten-free diet, it’s hard to find such satisfying comfort food, but Elevated Bakery knocked it out of the park. Highly recommend checking them out!

Delish GLUTEN FREE LASAGNA!! I haven’t had lasagna in years since going GF, and honestly I expected to be disappointed – but what a happy surprise! It was full of taste, texture and everything a good lasagna should be! Next I’m trying the GF cinnamon roll! Highly recommended!

Can I take a second and talk about the lasagna that was delivered? My goodness, it was delicious! It came with cooking instructions and was done in no time. It’s definitely comfort food, made with fresh ingredients. I can’t wait to eat my cinnamon roll that I ordered as well. You won’t be disappointed!
