I’ve always enjoyed the food at Qdoba. It’s flavorful, fresh, and usually a good value. Lately, though, I’ve noticed a big difference depending on who prepares your order. It looks like they have a new assistant manager, and unfortunately, she has been very stingy with portions. I’ve had food made by her twice, and both times the servings were much smaller than what I’m used to.
Also, certain items now have extra charges that are not always clearly explained. For example, an extra scoop of guac costs more now, and asking for a tortilla on the side with your burrito bowl also adds a charge.
If you want a better experience, I recommend ordering from the dark skinned Mexican woman or the Black man working there. They are consistently generous and respectful, and they serve food the way Qdoba used to when it felt like a great deal.
I hope leadership brings more consistency to the experience without lowering the standard set by the team members who are already doing a great job.

Portions continue getting smaller and smaller while prices increase. I’ve been avoiding Qdoba for other restaurantes nearby but every time I return to give it a chance, I get more disappointed. Not even paying for double meat do you get enough meat. You’d be better off at Methodist hospital cafeteria :/

Constructions right outside the door kind of confusing out there right now. Nowhere to park other than ramps disappointed about portioning prices but I understand inside of Rochester it probably cost twice as much as my usual visit in a completely different town. Pretty cramped compared to other stores I have been in. I love you guys food so I’ll keep coming back just different experiences. And I will be visiting different towns.

I was really disappointed with my experience today. The staff are putting way too little chicken in the bowls now, genuinely not even a full mouthful. When I asked why the portion was so tiny, they said it was because of a “new policy.” At the same time, the prices have gone up, which makes the whole thing feel even more unreasonable.
I asked for more chicken just to get the normal amount I’ve always received here before this supposed policy change. Instead of giving a standard portion, they charged me for triple meat, and I ended up paying $25 for one bowl. That’s completely unacceptable for what used to be a reliable, good-value meal.
The atmosphere was fine, but the food portioning and the service around it were extremely frustrating. Unless this policy changes, I can’t see myself coming back.

They have nothing on the northwest location every time I come here the food is dry. How is it dry with queso? How am I paying $11 for a big bowl getting a portion of a mini bowl

This Qdoba location has always been great. The food quality seams to be better than all the other locations and more often that not, they give you generous servings of all the food.

Won’t be back to this place. Showed up on a Saturday evening 2hrs before close, we were the only two customers in there, and the place was a mess. They had 3 employees working that I could see, and the restaurant was not busy… Only 1 of the 2 soda machines work and only had half the selection available, majority of drinks were unavailable to select.
I’ll give credit where credit is due, my food was good, but the counter on which my burrito was made was also a mess like the rest of the restaurant.

I got two bags chips and a queso. Pictured is the amount of chips received. I have been here multiple times, and it was fine every time before. The staff was nice, the food is okay, but for the price more chips would make sense. I probably would not go back again.
