Ordered a burger for my son for my 4 yr old. Ordered a burger well done. He didn’t mention anything but I just happened to look at his burger and I saw the bun was burnt to a crisp! I’m sure whoever was cooking must of saw that it was burnt. The fact that they still thought to serve it is unacceptable!

We have so few quality choices so we really appreciate the excellent choice now available with Shake Shack. It’s now open with great staff and food. Grabbed my favorite sandwich today. It was busy and they were working hard to keep up with the orders. I will definitely go back.

Went in to try with 2 coworkers for lunch. Ordering was done on a kiosk but there weren’t any options for combos. It was $57 for 3 people to eat a burger, fries, and coke. Pricing seemed way too high for fast food. The burger was tasty but the fries were definitely sub par. I don’t think we’ll be back next time we grab lunch

I was there this evening. I wanted to pay cash but there were only kiosks open. When I went to the counter to order, one of the employees came to take my order but was very rude. It made me feel like she was annoyed that I was even there. I only ordered 2 shakes and waited a while. Then they were the wrong shakes. Since this place is so new, I am disappointed in the bad attitude of some of the employees.

Food was good… ***But I’m writing this in hopes that the management can correct the issue. Waited 25-30 min for the food however they tried to serve me the milkshakes that had been made at the time that I ordered.. they were melted and I watched them sit in the window that long. When I kindly asked the manager if that was the case , she said the “didn’t know” but she would remake them, and did not apologize: Atmosphere was a 3 star because she was correcting her sweet young employees in front of guests which is unprofessional. 65$ to feed two adults and one child. I know she was overwhelmed I get it ! Hoping things smooth out soon, and it’s just a new opening type issue
