The food was amazing as my first time going here. I went inside cuz I wanted to see the order and they had one of these machines where you make your own order. I hated that! It was very confusing. Even with that said I’m still getting five stars because the price and the food was very good they have this cilantro sauce that you can add. Boy is it amazing! I would highly recommend this place to others and will be returning frequently myself.

The bad reviews on this place are way off. This is by far the best drive through foor anywhere. For fast food in general, Chipotle is the only comparable. I’ve been wishing for food like this forever! Absolutely delicious!

I ordered a Cobb salad from the location on Campbell Avenue. It was absolutely delicious. I ordered it online so when I got there, I was facing a 25 minute wait but the food service representative said no we’ll make it right now. It was the best looking and tasting salad that I have had for a long time. Service was courteous and quick!

I was worried due to some crappy reviews but I’m so glad we ignored them!
We got breakfast burritos and tortillas are fantastic! Thin and large! Not like those nasty fluffy ones with sugar added they have everywhere.
All of the ingredients were DELICIOUS. Potatoes, cheese, eggs, chorizo, steak PERFECT.
I don’t know about those reviews with the service. Probably just older folks confused about how tap machines work and can’t read a sign?

I was driving on my way back home and saw this. I was feeling hungry and decided to give this place a chance.
Decided to get the BBQ Ranch Chicken Salad to take it home. To my surprise, it was a very good portion. I enjoyed the salad that I was do e with it and got full easily. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because it’s very hard to get out during traffic hours and can jam the parking area if many people are trying to get food here.

If I could give this zero stars I would. I am in utter disbelief at what an epic fail this trip was. I sent my husband because I was at work. I was anxious to try the breakfast bowl as was he. We both ordered them with bacon. He waited 20 min in the drive thru – when he got his order they gave us two breakfast burritos – and instead of making a new bowl (because that is what we ordered and they messed up) they literally scrapped the inside of the tortilla into the bowl. The food was so greasy it made me sick. The bacon was inedible – I ate two bites and could not eat anymore. He ordered an iced coffee with lots of ice. He got it there was no ice and the worker told him he would have to stir it. He was not given a receipt either so I can’t even show you that. Horrible Horrible service awful food….Just a really bad experience.
I really hope you take this review as a training experience for your staff. They have a lot to learn when it comes to customer service – and the line in the drive thru needs to be more speedy and more efficient. Quality control is lacking and maybe hire some employees that care about their job and take pride in it. My stomach is upset and I am beyond frustrated….Wow just wow – Get it together guys!

Extremely disappointing experience at this location. There is no direct phone number available for the store, and all communication must be done through email, which is frustrating and impractical for time-sensitive issues.
The average wait time in the drive-thru appears to be 20–25 minutes, even with only a few cars ahead. Upon reaching the window, it became clear that only two employees were working during a busy morning rush. This is unfair not only to customers, but also to the staff who are clearly overextended. The process is inefficient, painfully slow, and poorly managed. After waiting far longer than reasonable and realizing it would take even more time, I had to leave without receiving my food due to other commitments. I will be disputing the charge on my card as a result. Overall, this experience reflects a lack of proper staffing and consideration for both employees and customers. Also for those who may be reading this and thinking why didn’t I order in advance…. They’re ordering platform works. Maybe 50% of the time. They’re so inefficient they don’t even have their own website to order from. They’re ordering platform is from doordash and that’s very glitchy.

My hubby and I found this restaurant and decided to try it out for a fun little Valentine’s weekend trip. And let me tell you, we were both blown out of the water! We ate here for breakfast and it was so good, we came back for lunch too!
Portions are comparable to chipotle bowls and burritos at a fraction of the cost. And the drinks are $1.29 a la carte and only +$1 for meals to have a drink.
As someone with multiple food allergies, this place was super easy and delicious. Facilities were clean and nice and the drinks being self serve was really nice and easy
