How do you run out of ice at 11am? Ok, I get that sometimes things happen but you should let your customers know that you have run out of ice when they are placing their order. I placed an order for an Iced Mocha, sat in line for 10 minutes to be told as I’m being handed my drink “oh sorry, we are out of ice but here is your drink” as they hand me a giant cup of luke warm milk and coffee. What am I supposed to do with this, go see if I can buy ice from a gas station? Drink a massive cup of warm milk? If I had been told they were out of ice when I pulled up, I just would have ordered something different. Hell, I would have been more ok with not being told up front if there had been something like “sorry about this but here’s a discount on your next drink” or something along those lines.

This location was giving Chick-Fil-A level service. While the line was pretty long, they kept it moving super fast. It only took a couple minutes to move all the way through.
With that said, the line does wrap around the building and out onto the road. It might not be possible to come here sometimes without sitting in traffic.

My wife and I visited 7Brew on 1/9/25 and even in the middle of the day, the place was hopping! The popularity of the coffee shop was evident, and despite the long drive through lines, we waited about 5 minutes total from the time we pulled into the line! Want to know what else that was amazing to see? While waiting in line, I watched two of the ladies outside taking orders, clear snow and ice from another customers windshield!!! (See pictures) Who does that? 7Brew of course! They know that customer service doesn’t only extend to a smile and making sure your order is correct; they care about you getting your coffee in a timely manner and that your drive will be safe on your way out!
Let’s talk about flavor! My wife ordered the “Blondie: Breve, Iced, with toasted marshmallow and 2x espresso shots”. She said it was soooo good. The toasted marshmallow really set it apart from a traditional Blondie. I wasn’t feeling anything sweet so I ordered a “House Blend” black coffee. I’m typically skeptical of order black coffee from anywhere because it always tastes funny. Maybe I’m just partial to my Keurig Black Silk at home… When I say that their house blend was the best black coffee I ever had, it is NO exaggeration by any means! If they havent already, they need to put their house blend in K Cups stat!
7Brew isn’t super local to us, so when we can’t make it, and are craving the delicious taste of 7Brew coffee, we head to Tiktock. Their batistas are on there showing you how to make their best drinks, right in your own kitchen!
Legend has it, there is a secret menu also, so make sure you ask about it when you get there!
Typically, i like to leave a review on what a business could have done better. Im not sure how 7Brew on Chippewa could get any better! This is by far the best business I have ever reviewed! Keep up the great work!

Just opened and all my friends can’t stop raving about it!
I had to stop by and get my pup a pup cup, which he obviously loved.
I was surprised to see how many non-coffee options they had! They have milkshakes, but they don’t offer non-dairy milkshakes which is kind of a bummer. However, they do offer things like frozen lemonade which is great for non-coffee, non-dairy consumers!
There are also a ton of extra flavors that you can add to your coffees, lemonades, milkshakes, etc.
It’s primarily a drive-thru, but they do have a walk-up window which is nice for people that live close by.
I also heard, that they have a secret menu! Not sure how to get more information on that but I’m sure you could probably look it up!

One of my absolute favorite spots for drive-thru coffee has to be this gem of a chain. Their robust, flavorful brews never fail to elevate my mornings! Each sip is a delightful adventure, filled with rich aromas and perfectly balanced tastes that keep me returning for more. If you’re looking for a reliable pick-me-up, I can’t recommend this place enough—it’s a must-visit for any coffee lover!

Based on my reward page, I made 80 visits to this place so far. 4 stars because it’s been a hit or miss. Sometimes lines move fast and oftentimes it takes forever to get my drink even though there’s no line. Drinks are good most of the time but quite often there are mistakes with my drinks. (e.g. asked for extra shot but I got extra shot + extra sweet, asked for quarter sweet but got regular sweet) I stopped getting fizz drinks a while ago because I get too much ice in the drink most of time. Got three sips out of medium size. Staffs are always very nice and welcoming.

My daughter and I have been wanting to go to try 7 Brew for quite some time. There’s one opening our area but since we were visiting this was convenient. For 2 medium iced coffees cost around $14. The coffees weren’t as pictured on the site or at billboard. Are coffees were good even though the coffee’s weren’t lined with the caramels or the chocolates were decent. I’d buy again to try something different.
