My Sister, Friend, and I come here and order the same great meal every time.
Ordered:
Spicy Korean Chicken w/White Rice $14, (brown rice is a up charge) along with adding Broccoli ($3 more). Love to ask for the spicy sauce of the side so I can mix it into the entire bowl after breaking the meat and broccoli up into the rice.
Fusion House Rolls is to die forrrrr! $16 They are always so big, good, crispy, and the choice of meat and sauces are delicious all together! My favorite Rolls!
-Next we will try one of the Stir Fry Meals (Chicken, Beef, or Shrimp) because it looked amazingly delicious seeing others ordering/eating it.
two flavors. The lady up front who takes orders shoved all the flavors together in one box. She literally picked up four pieces smashed them together to make space and smashed two more on top and shoved the lid down. The sushi was destroyed, rice falling apart and all. When asked why not put them in separate containers you just get met with a blank stare and your order shoved in your hand. This is no exaggeration I will include the photos. Don’t get take out.
The edamame was also pretty authentic (cold, seasoned with just salt) and they sell ramune too. (Though with sides things begin to get a little expensive).
Pretty close to main quad, food is good. Interior is just alright and just looks normal and clean. The music sort of jumps from genre to genre theres not really a solid vibe at the place
TL;DR Good food at a good price but ambiance is lacking and has a menu that’s on the small side (other than its sushi , sushi has tons of variations)
they work with dietary restrictions too
A couple of times, we had gone in winter, and some of their dishes when it’s chilly outside like – Miso Soup, Steamed Edamame.
I have mostly ordered the same food over and over again, so there’s only a corner of the menu that I’ve tried.
Steamed Edamame – steamed and salted perfectly, especially on chillier days and when you have the time to sit and chat while you enjoy them.
Sushi – I enjoy the Coconut Shrimp & Mango sushi, and always keep one for after the meal, as dessert. Their $1 Sushi menu on Sundays, lets you have a couple of sushi rolls, of different varieties without having you commit to a plate.
Vegetable Dumplings – quite crispy with a hot filling of vegetables and tofu.
Miso Soup – this traditional soup from Japan had a toasty sweet-salty flavor, with soft spongy tofu chunks, and
Sweet & Spicy Korean Chicken Wings, served with a side of Asian Coleslaw – The crispiness of the fried chicken is unbelievably ideal even though it is drenched in a sweet and spicy sauce. I always order with a side of white steamed rice, since it’s technically a starter and I always try to make a meal of it. The Asian Coleslaw is superb and I’ve been craving it so much, that I have been recreating it at home. But they are always really nice about getting me seconds of the coleslaw.
Pork Belly Ramen – A piping hot bowl of soup filled with all sorts of vegetables and Ramen noodles, topped with a brick of pork belly, that we always end up taking home in a doggy bag.
I would definitely recommend this place, as it’s quite an experience. Even during Covid, they had LITERAL bubbles for the tables with heaters, so that everyone can practice safe social distancing.
