Ordered for pickup and it said it was supposed to be ready 30 minutes ago and they have not even started working on it. Three workers with only one actually making food and none helping the customers. Only came here because I had a free coupon I would never pay for this awful service.

I recently ordered from Papa John’s, and I was super impressed! The pizza was fresh, hot, and loaded with toppings. The crust had the perfect balance of crispiness and chewiness, and the cheese was perfectly meltedgarlic sauce is always a great addition!
The delivery was fast, and the staff was friendly and professional. It’s clear they take pride in their food and service. I’ll definitely be ordering again soon. Highly recommend!

This place has turned to garbage.
Doordash delivers despite ordering from pj website. They never deliver the food. Horrible experience
No way to communicate with the driver.

They were very generous with the toppings too.
It was baked to perfection.
Usually roasted chilli flakes are given free at some stores.
But this Store charges ¢30 a piece.

I went online to place an order with Papa Johns in West Lafayette, Indiana. I had a coupon that was valid for a large two topping pizza for $9.99. It would not take my promo code when I was online to order. So I called the store and the gentleman that answered said the promo code was invalid. Then he said to hang up and call back and dial one. I said I spent 20 minutes trying to get this pizza with the coupon and I am not going to waste another minute on it. He did not offer me any help me whatsoever!

I called stayed on hold for 30 minutes then drove to the store and noone would take my order. Lady behind the counter did not even acknowledge people. Worst service ever.

Pe-ordered 6 hours before my requested delivery time and no pizza. 15 minutes after I was supposed to get my pizza I called the store and they said they hadn’t even made it yet and they were slammed. That’s not an excuse for people that have ordered in advance and have plans. I cancelled my order and won’t be ordering from any Papa John’s in the foreseeable future. I had plans for ordering pizza for my shift at work for both Thanksgiving and Christmas but not anymore. These guys just can’t deliver.
