Amazing local cafe and bakery! Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Lots of unique pastries, meats, cheeses, and coffee that are just to die for! Took home a ‘Moroccan Spiced Chicken on French bread’ sandwich and was blown away at the flavor combination and uniqueness of it. Great view of the lake without the crowd! Recommend 10/10 worth the drive from anywhere!

On a chilly day in January, we celebrated our daughter’s birthday with brunch at 70 North. Our first visit there. We started with celebratory cocktails. Very tasty. The menu was eclectic and wonderfully prepared. The cinnamon french toast, the smoked tomato soup, the lemon ricotta pancakes, and the ham/cheese croissant were wonderful picks. Presentation was great. Our server was very cordial and efficiently learning her craft. Overall, we had a great experience and would certainly recommend 70 North to anyone.

The food here was fantastic! The shrimp and grits were perfectly cooked and absolutely delicious. I also tried the premium whiskey flight, which was excellent and paired wonderfully with the meal. Highly recommend this spot for great flavors and quality drinks!

We absolutely love this place! From their mixology classes, to wine tasting events, to the new supper club and of course the market and my favorite, the wine & beer bar overlooking the lake, this establishment has lots to offer! Dale is truly amazing and the Emily the owner is very involved and Scott the chef cooks amazing food. I am a picky eater yet I will try things here that I would not dare try elsewhere, and it never disappoints! Can’t wait to go try their new Sunday brunch next 🙂

Love this place! I’d give more than 5 stars if I could! Check out the Supper Club. The July offering was wonderful. A great experience from the atmosphere to the service..to the food. Go to the Wine Bar on the deck overlooking Lake Winnipesaukee with great good and drinks and amazing views of the lake.
The Market is great, so many great selections of wine, cheese, baked goods… you have to go there to appreciate. Finally .. the staff is amazing. Dale is such a great resource on the wines, the offerings in the Market and is such a great ambassador for the business. We love talking to him, so knowledgeable and an overall wonderful guy!

What a great time we had! We hadn’t laughed like that in a long while. And we do have a lot of fun.
It started as we entered, we waited until the help was ready to come to the sign that says “wait to be seated”. It was then we were told to have a seat at the entrance, “the cook is a bit busy, it will be 5 minutes”. 5 minutes later we were seated passing the 4 tables of customers. (Maybe a total of 15 people) For brunch, a small menu. We had coffee, biscuits and gravy, Croque Madame and a bloody Mary. No creamers or sugar with the coffee, needed to ask for them. When we were asked if we would like more coffee, the wait staff took our cups and brought us new cups with new coffee. Hence we needed more creamers and SUGAR! Did not see anyone with a tray to serve or clear tables. Odd.
The food was tasty and hot. The bloody Mary was good, also.
The best part of our breakfast was the music, Rat Pack type of music, singers and standards. I believe if the wait staff gets better training, it could be a re-visit. We wish you well in your endeavor and may you prosper.

Dale and his team went above and beyond for my wife and I for our rehearsal dinner of roughly 30 people. They were incredibly accommodating for some dietary restrictions, and made sure to check in with us throughout the evening. The food and staff were equally as amazing. The newly renovated bar space was a perfect mix of formal and casual which was exactly what we were going far. To add to all of this, the prices were extremely reasonable! Highly recommend them for any function!

We popped in here twice this past weekend. Once for lunch and the second time for a post wedding brunch. The food and service was fantastic. Breads and pastries are made in-house daily; the Winni Rolls are a must try! I would highly recommend hosting an event at 70 North. The food, staff and atmosphere did not disappoint.

A local hidden gem! I wouldn’t call it a “fine dining” because the price seems reasonable, but the atmosphere is definitely unique in the town. Stuff’s are on the lighter side so suits my taste. The flatbread is great. Simple, crispy, and rich in flavor. Staffs are very friendly and listen to your need. It would be perfect if they have more selection of their house made stuff on their shelves (as gifts that I can send to others), but definitely worth checking out!

A great new place near the Weirs Beach sign. Specializes in scratch baking. Try the Winni Roll – croissant filled with pastry creme! Better than Paris! Right now, they are doing fresh bread, pastries, sandwiches, & salads. I had the beet & citrus salad with a homemade honey mint dressing that was very good. They also have a charcuterie & cheese counter. They plan to add special dinners, classes, & private events. I’m excited to see those.
