I have only been to this location for pick-up so I can’t say much about the inside area. I did notice it’s a smaller location and they do have some outside seating. I can say the food was delicious as that is always the case with Chipotle. The price is a little higher, but the portions are also very large and a great treat when you feel like getting a special dish. My daughter and I each have our own special dish we like to order now and again. The drive through workers tend to be young and need to work on their customer service and communication a bit, but otherwise no biggie =)

I don’t find pleasure in telling you that this place sucks. I know Chipotle has cut back on their meat portion, but damn, I can find more chicken in a Chikfila trash can. I don’t blame the servers, regardless of how unenthusiastic they may be. This screams LACK of training and supervision. Although my burrito lacked meat, a decent portion of rice was enough to make the girl struggle to wrap it – so she gave up and rolled it up. I was nervous that someone would see me walk out with this foil wrapped thing that looked like it belonged on one of them uknowat sites. Don’t get me wrong, the food had the same taste as any other location. Idk, enter at your own risk, I guess. It was MY first and last time here, though.

This has been the worst experience ever. At the middle of eating, I noticed a string in my mouth and I pulled it out and it was a long hair! I wanted to vomit so bad!!!! That was the most disgusting thing has ever happened to me. My appetite was lost and I will never buy from this chipotle again.

The staff here seem friendly but overwhelmed during rushes and HIGHLY unorganized. Chipolte needs to do better when hiring staff or covering shifts. This is unacceptable. Been one hour since food was ordered and 20 minutes after waiting for the food in the pickup line is beyond INSANE!! Especially when walking in would have been faster for me.

The reviews here were pretty accurate… food was good tho and was flavorful and hot. The staff looked like they were bothered by taking our orders (rice chicken black beans and cheese). The chicken portions were ridiculously small. Other than that wasn’t too bad

Will make sure to not visit with this location again. Nobody bothered to take my order for at least 5 minutes when I was the only one waiting to order. The cashier finally got up from eating to ring me up. I get that employees have to eat, but at least ensure there are others who can cover, or at least be willing to work. It’s a hard pass on this location

So I was in there in the RPB store and what turned me off was all employee no hairnets on. Long hair hanging over there shoulders front and back. Handling food for me that’s a no, no. Also the guy cooking no hair net and dreads hanging over the food he’s cooking.

Purchased two high protein chicken bowls. The chicken was so spicy we couldn’t enjoy it. Threw both bowls away. What a waste of money. Customer in front of me was complaining her order was not correct. When I arrived at the register another customer was complaining about her order not being correct. Will never go here again.

I don’t like leaving bad reviews, but tell me why I walked in waited for 15 minutes and the guy tells me “she’ll be right with you” as she’s making two bowls AND ringing them up. Obv it’s not her fault for her co worker being lazy, after he told me that he just turned around and started talking with his co workers while I was just standing staring. I walked out and still no one payed any mind. I do not recommend.
