Lou’s is awesome! People prefer it over Laspadas. Try the monster sub. Huge following. Terrific subs.|Very good.

This sub shop has been open for more than 50+ years . I always drive30-40 minutes from my house to get me a delicious Philly cheese steak sub. I spend alot of money with them because my family lives this shop as well .

I’ve been coming here since I was a child, and it’s always a great experience. Even after moving into a larger space and serving more customers, they’ve kept that true mom-and-pop feel. You’re welcomed the moment you walk in, and the customer service is consistently excellent.
I usually order the salad, and the portions are so generous I can enjoy it more than once. Everything is always fresh and well prepared.

I stumbled upon this place a few months ago driving down Dixie and decided to give it a try, I have gone there every week since and have almost tried everything on the menu. Not once have I been let down. This place is great! If you get a chance to try it out it’s definitely become one of my local favorite Spots! 5 stars!!

I think I’m officially breaking up with this place. I walked in today all happy, ready for my pastrami cold sandwich, and asked the woman at the counter for a specific type of bread. You’d think I asked her to solve world peace. She snapped back with attitude and practically rolled her eyes into another dimension.
For $16, I expected a sandwich and at least a trace of human warmth. The guy who preps the ingredients is always great, and the cashier is nice too—but that miserable lady at the counter? She acts like customer service is a personal insult.
Sorry, but I’m not paying premium prices to be treated like I ruined her day by existing. I won’t be coming back.

January 2024 Update- I’ll never change my mind about how delicious these subs are! The staff are wonderful people, and I always find that I talk to other customers while waiting. The vibe is always right. I did finally order the spaghetti and meatballs…. only to find out that they now make eggplant parm as well. That’ll be next on the list to try. You simply CAN NOT go wrong going to Lou’s. I’ll be adding updated pictures with this review as well!! Love you guys at Lou’s!

I’ve been going to Lou’s FOREVER! They aren’t called Giant by accident. These sandwiches are huge, fresh, and always delicious. Myself and many coworkers and I have filled the shop and stayed to eat as well as come in and take home. The staff is great and always friendly! Be prepared to walk in and be surrounded by the aroma of yummmmm
Stopped in yesterday, June 7th, and had such a great experience…. the employees are wonderful, the food is fresh and delicious, and I met another Broward County school employee, and we had a great chat while waiting for our food. Did you know that they make spaghetti and meatballs??? Well, now you do!!! I’ll be trying that asap!!

I am beyond impressed with the quality and overall experience at Lou’s. We ordered a 6ft sub (half Italian and half roast beef/turkey) and we could not be happier. Not only was the sub fresh and delicious, but they went above and beyond putting together all of our sides and things we wanted separate. They even threw in a shaker bottle filled with oil and vinegar! While we were waiting, the staff was giving us samples of their house-made roast beef and pork and it was delicious. Such a fun and memorable experience. Very highly recommended.

Staple sub shop of Pompano Beach. Everything is always fresh because of the high traffic. I would suggest taking a look at the menu or knowing exactly what you want before you get to the counter so you don’t slow down their fast/professional flow of sandwich-making. I’ve been going to Lou’s for over 20yrs. It’s definitely worth a visit if you’ve never been, and love a great sub.
