This place is worth a visit, just manage your expectations and don’t be in a hurry. Service didn’t feel warm and inviting but wasn’t terrible either. We ordered a variety of pizza flavors and you can do half and half so that was nice. Pizza was really good. We tried the Rueben, taco, tropical and cheeseburger. Many other varieties are available. If in the area we’d probably order from here again.
Inside is dated and could use some sprucing up but has character to say the least.
Only true issue I had is we weren’t informed until the check arrived that they only accept cash or check. Good thing I had enough cash. Would have been nice to have been informed prior to ordering a large order.

I moved to the US from Canada about a year ago, and I have finally found an incredible pizza place! Its super cute and cozy with great service and a beautiful view of the river. My husband and I got calzones, and they were absolutely delicious. We couldn’t believe how massive they were and so reasonably priced. Perfect amount of cheese and sauce, and the crust was baked just right. The butter garlic dip went perfectly. I would highly recommend it. The ingredients are fresh, and you don’t get the dreaded food fatigue after eating like chain pizza places with tonnes of grease, preservatives, and chemicals. Instead of going to a chain pizza place and eating cardboard covered in cheese, come here if you want real food. 10/10, this is my new favorite place.

Are you like me? Everywhere you go, you try pizza? For me the search is over!! THIS is THE PLACE! Come hungry, calzones can feed a family of four! Atmosphere is like a cozy warm home, staff is SO nice! Prices are FANTASTIC!! Service is stellar!

We ordered the mozzarella sticks to start. Boy, was that a mistake! They were delicious BUT we also ordered the calzones. These massive monsters.. The waitress did tell us they were the size of footballs and honestly, I think these were bigger! Even though she told us, we were still blown away by these. Absolutely delicious too! Have enough left over for another full meal at least.
As far as service: our waitress was probably the sweetest person ever. Very friendly and you can tell she enjoyed her job. I would give another 5 stars for the service.

Great food, great view, amazing, and friendly staff. My only complaints would be that the take out boxes they give you aren’t the greatest. And their single order portion sizes are pretty small. Otherwise it’s a great spot

We went here for dinner after “putting it off” for awhile. It had been on my list for at least a year. Got risky and tried taco and was NOT DISAPPOINTED. We could’ve easily gotten by on a small 12″ though. Service was GREAT, kind and welcoming. The place is CASH ONLY but they have an ATM on-site. They’ve figured out how to do QC-style without overcooking the crust. It was so soft, pillowy and flavorful while still being a traditional style QC. We’ve already got our pizza picked out for next time! Stop searching and just go here. Now!
P.S. Plenty of parking down around the back of the building & river views!
P.S.S. The tables are thoughtfully wide like they were built for a pizza joint where you need room for the pizzas!

I know that this is a pizza place. We went with a bunch of people for a Mothers Day brunch. Holy Cow… the owner cooked pot roast, scalloped potatoes, real green beans, biscuits and all of it.
Fresh pie, cake, and more. The food was so great. I think ivate my weight in pot roast.
As far as a pizza place, I don’t know. I will say..I’ll be there every year for that brunch. Wow!!

Decided to try out Riverbend Pizza on Saturday (7/29/24) while we were in town for the weekend. I wanted a salad bar and my husband wanted wings. The salad bar had a decent selection of things, all were fresh and tasty. The wings were oven baked and crispy with great flavor. The buffalo chicken pizza was out of this world; this is something we love to order everywhere and I think Riverbend’s has been the best we’ve had! The crust is to die for and the bleu cheese sauce is fantastic!! The owner stopped by, he’s very sweet and knows what he’s doing. Our waitress was also very helpful and kind.
Bonus, we saw the owner’s vintage cars the next morning at Rod’s on the River…very cool!!!

Very busy when we arrived, and after we ate we know why!! Staff was as attentive as they could be with the crowd, very sweet server even under pressure and fast. You know me, I was very happy they had Pepsi on the fountain, but cans of Coke and Diet Coke! The cheese sticks.were fantastic light and chewy, crispy, cheesey garlic goodness. Sauce served was very fresh and a.perfect pairing. The star was the Taco Pizza, I could only eat one piece! The best taco pizza I have had…and I have had many. I likeD the base is beans then meat cheese and topped with tomatoes, lettuce and I think a bag of taco flavored chips and the taco sauce and sour cream on the side , so you are in control. Beautiful view on the river and look forward to trying all.of the menu.
