We thought we would come and try this place out in this part of town for lunch, We ordered the Pho Tho Da, Pho Doc Biet and an order of spring rolls. The Pho Tho Da rice noodles meat and vegetables looked and tasted pretty fresh. The stonebowl came out extremely hot, but the meat on the bones in the soup were pretty hard to get off the bone and meat was really chewy. The broth was pretty bland even with the garlic vinegar to add with it which made it hard to finish everything in the soup. That would be the same with the Pho Doc Biet, everything look fresh and tasted fresh, but broth was too bland and not rich in bone and herb flavors. Spring rolls tasted pretty fresh, they were rolled bigger than the average spring rolls. The dipping sauce tasted alright. This place will be worth a try to try the other items instead of the pho.

Loved Pho Alley 11! We ordered the bún bò Huế, pho, and thập cẩm (not pictured), and everything was delicious. The broth was rich and flavorful, and the portions were generous. It was especially perfect for cold weather. Highly recommend if you’re craving comforting, well-made Vietnamese food.

If you are in the area looking for some good food come here!! The service was a 10/10, our server was so nice. You can order to go or dine in. I had the Pad See Ew with chicken and it was the perfect amount and it was delicious. We also ordered the beef Banh Mí and the flavors were all there. My sister got beef Pho and WOW!!! She has tried different restaurants in the area and she said this was the best one! The broth was full of flavor. Would definitely go back to this place!

Atmosphere was quiet. We had late lunch at about 1:37pm on Wednesday afternoon. There were few patrons there. We came in and was seated promptly. We ordered their phở thố đá-stone bowl phở and Huế style beef noodle. Both dishes were quite salty. Huế style beef noodle lacked the usual red color (from annatto seeds) and spiciness(hot) one would expect from Huế beef noodle soup. There’s also a thin layer of fat ontop. overall has a good bold flavor but salty. The phở thố đá with the beef short rib was also on the salty side. The short rib barely had any meat on it except for a small piece attached at the end of the bone. For the price it was a bit stiff with not much meat. . My milo shaved ice was not very good. Just not a good drink overall. Milo powder combined with some chocolate sauce? And coconut bits and boba. It was an undesirable drink for me. Overall experience is ok.

Not sure if this is the same owners but I’ve been here years ago when lived in the area. Dac Biet pho was really good just as I remember it. Their picked garlic is to die for though!!! Quick and great service, will visit again if I’m around here.

TLDR my mother in law was transfered to the rehab facilty near here so me and my partner came to try it out.
i my self concealed by steam in the photo got the Stonebowl the mango jasmine tea and tofu salad rolls to share. my partner got the veggie pho and the Ube matcha.
StoneBowl: a heated stone bowl on a wooden plate cause boy its hot af. comes with a sparerib, meatballs, Rare steak, brisket, tendon and tripe, the wide noodle might throw you off but the broth is soo good i nearly forgot to add hoison and siracha. it is served with the broth, spare rib and meatballs already in the bowl. you add the rest (noodles and meat) to your pace. i did it all at once. plus your standard topping and be mindful of the bowl the outer part of it is metal to help heat it up and you will burn yourself if you are not careful.

partner tried the veggie pho which the cook mentioned he was trying a new recipe with the broth and asked if it need anything else to it like salt. according to my partner it did and they gave us a salt shaker add to it till it hit the right place. none the less my partner finished the bowl which normally never happens with pho
so im calling it a 5/5 for them just being able to finish it.

Do you like matcha? Do you like Ube? well imagine the two of them went FUUUUUUUU SIOOOOOOON HA! AND BOOM it’s a drink. partner is going back as i type this out to grab another one for a friend to try.

for those who want Breakfast pho sooner than 11 they open at 930 on Mon and Sun. brings a tear to my eye as and advocate for breakfast pho. great place lots of parking be mindful if your are ada stairs are to the right of the door where the ramp is to the left closer to the entrance of Ninja Ramen. enjoy!

This place is a joke! Spent 76 dollars on 2 cashew nut chickens, 2 orders of egg rolls and fried rice the portion size was absolutely ridiculous tiny egg rolls the size of spring rolls that did NOT taste good at all and the cashew nut chicken was mainly veggies how was to containers of veggies and a couple containers of rice 76 dollars? NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!@

My husband and I came back again today at Pho Alley and we both love the new dishes we did not try last time. The bánh Khọt serving with fresh vegetables and the fish sauce is so good. The grilled pork bánh mì is crunchy and delicious. The pandan coffee is pretty and tastes very good. The lovely heart shaped Vietnamese flan is a must try dessert when you visit this restaurant. It’s very smooth and delicious. As always the servers are super friendly and very polite. You will enjoy every dishes here for authentic Vietnamese food.
I have a great dinner with my husband at Pho Alley 11 on 3/7/2025. The foods are delicious, and the staffs are very friendly. When I got Bun Bo Hue, one of the staffs even offered me a scissor to cut the big chunk of meat which was very helpful. It was much easier to cut the meat into smaller pieces with the scissor she gave me. I really enjoyed the food here. I recommend everyone to check out this restaurant. You will enjoy it.
