Nice Hole-In-The-Wall place in Toronto. The Chicken Tikka Masala was the best I ever had! The sauce had the perfect mix of flavor and consistency. I also had the garlic naan which was also excellent!

Shame…. shame… shame…. Owner of Grand kitchen argued with me when I told him I received very old cooked beef. Not a word “sorry” mentioned to me ! This guy had a lot of nerve to tell me “he didn’t receive any other complaints” on the same beef left outside 2 full days, then put in the refrigerator. I asked for 2 orders of Beef, and he very quickly got it for me. I wouldn’t even give that beef to my own dog !!!! I trashed immediately when opened the package at home. When he will learn how to deal with clients ? When he will learn how to maintain good meat products ? Putting money before quality is a suicidal act !!!

Takeout only, but my favorite place for butter chicken out of 10+ indian resteraunts ive been to. Owner is nice and the palak paneer and garlic naan also very good. Top it off with mango lassie.

Update 9/2024: The quality has gone down significantly. The pita bread used for the shawarma was extremely dry and cold immediately after ordering. I grabbed a mango lassi and the owner took it away to prioritize for a doordash order even though I was physically there. Poor customer service I will not longer be going here.
Pretty good shawarma at $5. The location is a little hard to spot at night, not a well lit area. The owner is a little weird… Take out only.

Does anyone get charged more than the menu price? Last time he didn’t give me rice which is included according to the online menu. When I asked he said no or if I wanted to, it would be additionally charged.

Take out or catering only, no dine in seating. Ordered Chicken Masala, Rice, Garlic bread and it was delicious, cooked perfectly, and didn’t take long to prepare.

One of a kind! It’s a pure takeout place, but buzzling with activity. I can say the Beef Ullarthu and Mutton Masala were the best I have had in Houston. Everything tastes as if homemade. Nostalgia alert!!!
The porotas are really good and are sold in multiples of five. They remain soft and very edible even if you need to reheat them again for a later serving. The kappa biriyani is different and didn’t quite match our taste, but nothing wrong with it, might just match yours.
Definitely worth a visit.
