The burger was pretty good, although under seasoned. The service was good. Staff made you feel welcome. The atmosphere was a bit underwhelming, even my 12 year old pointed out how horrible the seats in the restaurant appeared. I’ve had better burgers and probably won’t buy from here again.

It was decent.
I ordered the buffalo chicken sandwich in a combo. The sauce was tasty.
For my toppings, I chose lettuce, tomato, pickles, garlic mayo and some chipotle sauce.
Messy to eat but not bad.
The fries were overdone and under-salted for me…I was underwhelmed.
You decide for you…I’m not in a rush to go back but if I do, I’ll try a burger and skip the fries

Great tasting burger, excellent fries. My girlfriend had the poutine, which came with lots of cheese curds and a really nice portion of gravy. The toppings were fresh and tasty. This places has 6oz patties instead of the 4oz patties that most places have. Pricing was good. The store was nice and clean. We will be returning.

Tried Grind tonight for the first time. I didn’t go in, as my bf did so I can’t speak to service or atmosphere but bf said the guy was really friendly. He also gave us a free side of the house sauce which was delicious. The fries here are the best I’ve had in a long time. Amazing seasoning and texture.
I got the banquet burger and was pleased that this place does bacon and cheese properly. I often won’t order a burger with bacon OR cheese because nobody cooks the bacon right, and I hate American cheese. I’m pretty sure this was actual cheddar. Fresh ingredients. Burger patty seemed a touch over cooked but overall a great burger.
But those fries… absolute perfection

This was mine and my boyfriends first time trying there around 5:30 tonight . Got a burger combo and a cheese burger combo , man it was super good the meat is so tasty the fries are crispy , service was amazing and what a great price for both combos we are definitely going back!

Placed an order for pick-up and I must say that they were quite disorganized when I went into the store. Understanding that they’ve recently opened, I was patient but it was a little frustrating. Was given my bags and I asked if everything was inside, they said yes. Once home, I realized we had not been given our drinks. Tried calling but couldn’t get anyone on the line So I guess we’re out that money. People working were very nice and I’m sure they’ll make up foe it next time I go in…..and I will be back.
Burgers were very tasty and the patty was definitely fresh and flavouful. Chicken sandwich was a nice white breast and also tasty. Breading on the chicken was very nice and not too thick. We had waffle fries, reg fries and onion rings and all were awesome! It cost us just under $60 for two combos, two hamburgers and a side of onion rings. One combo was around $15 – you can decide if that’s a little pricey or not.
Other than them needing to work on and improve their system a bit, it’s a great spot and I definitely recommend you give them a try.

Went there today for lunch, best burger I’ve had in a long time. Best fries ever! Staff was very friendly. There were some teens from the high school, but they left soon after. No problems with them. Will definitely return!

Buddy and I drove out to Hamilton from Fort Erie on our bikes and decided to grab some lunch.
Craving a burger we googled burger joints near us and Grind Hamburgers popped up so we gave it a try.
Literally in my 50 years the best burger I have ever had.Toppings and the bun were fresh.Fries cut and cooked to protection.
Wish I remembered the guys name that took care of us to give him props but the delicious burger made me forget.
Make it a destination if a burger is what your craving.
Top notch service and food. Easy 5 star rating

I just bought this. Absolute waist of money. I drove 5 mins away parked to eat and this is what I got. Tell me this looks appetizing! Disgusting, soggy, undercooked, fries were cold and almost stale. This is a mess! Owners take some pride in training your employees. A 2 minute wait tired to 10 mins and wasn’t even cooked properly. My next review will be from somewhere that knows how to make a hotdog.
