the new owner has changed this place for the better. had this papa John’s a year or 2 ago and it was the worst fast food ever was disgusting. this new owner and new management makes a difference and i will definitely be back and i recommend that you all try it again and give it another chance. Pics show the pizzas i ordedes tonight, extra done. they are perfect.

The driver we get on a regular is amazing he is nothing but kindness and a great example for the rest of the staff. On the other hand who two ladies closing Saturday night 11/8/25 were very rude. We order often, almost weekly. Last night I wanted to order some wings. Well what they gave me was indeed atrocious. I went to the store because obviously this isn’t the delivery drivers fault within 10 mins of the delivery. I asked if them if they can replace it or fix it for me the lady snarled at me “ThE bEsT I cAn dO FoR YoU is SaUcE” so when I said thank you and left I didn’t want to be a Karen. I could see the two ladies mocking me from the car. I hope this papa John’s gets better my family enjoys it but not when the food is rushed and at sore workers are mean girls.

When I got there I went in and the inside of the building smelt like cigarette smoke. I asked if my pizza was ready they said no we are fixing to make it. The workers were not washing their hands after handling cleaning chemicals they were cursing one another I told them do not make my pizza after you use cleaning chemicals and didn’t even bother washing your hands. I WILL NEVER BE BACK THERE !

The workers don’t seem to do their job, anytime I order from this store they take well longer then supposed to and you’ll see one working on the phone and another sitting down eating.
Update June 16th seems to be anytime you order delivery they call you tell you they can’t do delivery this isn’t the first time it’s happened either seems like they need to get some workers to work! You lose more money not delivering

Ordered online,2 hour wait. Pizza and cheese bread was not hot!!! Tastes awful! For the price that a person has to pay, totally NOT worth it. When I called back to tell them this, the only thing that they offered was to remake it this night. Will never order from them again!

This was my first time ordering from this location. My order was delivered 10 minutes earlier than they estimated, and it was very fresh and hot! The girl that took my order by phone was pleasant and helpful. Most importantly, the food was DELICIOUS! I cold not be more pleased. It is very rare when I rate a place this highly, but it is well deserved.
