They actually scammed my wife and me out of a pizza. We live around the corner and we were told by the staff that they don’t accept walk-in customers or people picking up pizza from store. We ordered our pizza 2 hours before closing but the driver never arrived or called us as we instructed them to. The store would not answer our call regarding a refund or anything either waste of $30. Maybe they forgot about us? not sure but would have been great to get in contact with someone about a refund

I am usually pretty strict when it comes to my food and service. But they knocked it out the park this evening. The atmosphere was wonderful down to the music. Enjoying our dinner with Glenn Miller in the background was great. The waitress was attentive, but next time I’m bringing a bottle cause they are BYOB.

If you’re wanting to experience an incredibly nice staff, look no further! We loved it here, and we’ll definitely be coming again. This restaurant is the cutest little spot with wonderful lighting. Appetizers and the pizza were delightful; Make sure to try the fried mushrooms and the bruschetta.

We came in as a group of 6 today because we were recommended by someone we knew. We were sat right away but it took FOREVER (i mean it! At least 30 mins) for us to be able to order water or food because there was only 1 man who is at least in his 70s working there. We felt really sorry for him because he had to do everything by himself (cleaning, serving and taking orders) and hope they would hire more people to help him. We were super hungry and when we were able to order, some of us wanted to order Chef salad and were told they didnt have the ingredients to make it. We finally ordered and had our food, the food came out hot and nice, the taste was ok, not too impressive.

Horrible service and pizza was no good. So came in when the place was empty, was told to sit anywhere. A few seconds later another couple came in. Took the waiter a few minutes to take our drink order. That’s when a third party arrived. I kid you not, we waited for a good 20mins for them to come and take our order. I was ready to walk out but my friend wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. This waiter took the other tables order before ours. Even though we were there first. We finally got our simple order in. Everyone else had already gotten their food. By the time our pizza arrived, the second couple had finished eating, paid and left. The third party had also finished eating and were talking. Suffice to say I was livid. We took one but if the pizza and we were done. It was horrible. Asked for a to go box and just left.

Been coming here for 10 years. Like others have said service is good, pizza is good, prices are good. I always get the lunch special : 2 slices of pizza and a drink and have never been disappointed. Check this place out, its fam owned and a local favorite. 4/5 only suggestion is to improve the chairs / tables.

We have been going to Joe’s for years and get the same thing every time…a large or XL cheese pizza sometimes with a salad. We love the the pizza because it is thin and doesn’t have too much sauce. Tonight we ordered our normal order and we’re surprised at the pizza we recieved. It was definitely a cheese pizza, but it was extremely doughy and had a ton of cheese. Cheese is good, but there can be too much. I called to inquire if the recipe had changed and was told “no but let me check with the cook”. After holding for 5 minutes I finally hung up. This is the only time in all these years we have been disappointed with the pizza and the service. No one is perfect so I am hoping this was a one off. Otherwise; we will be finding a new spot.

01/09/25: it’s been a cold miserable and slushie day. I saw the post about the Alfredo and I was sold. My wife and I ordered chicken alfredo and some rolls to go. I absolutely love love love love love love the homemade bread here. Hours to make Alfredo makes a nice warm meal. Thank you for staying open for us!
091424: We wanted to quiet meal together and it was late on Saturday eve. So we came to Joe’s Pizza Amici. Beautiful music in the background just us and a couple others in the restaurant. Started with the garlic knots and marinara…my favorite! Followed by the mushroom soup, my wife’s new favorite! And finished with spaghetti and meatballs. We’re full, it was wonderful , and we thank the Saturday night staff for an excellent experience!
02/29/24. After an event, we. Came here as a group of 8. We had four Corporate visitors that we easily have converted to new fans of Joe’s/Amici. Half the group enjoyed the Chicken Alfredo and salad with home made Ranch. The other half enjoyed the daily specials. All of were overwhelmed with the food smiles and service. Thank you staff and Hometown Hero Caroline!
03/17/23: we had the Philly Cheese steak and Spaghetti with Meat sauce. Service was fast and courteous. It’s a good local friendly vibe. Love coming here. All was tasty. Will definitely be back!

with besSome the best crust in local pizza and delicious ranch homemade ranch dressing. Owned by Hometown Hero Carolyn Benavides, this local restaurant doubles as a “heart” of the community because of the good philanthropic work done here all year long.
