We have cruised multiple times thus far and it never disappoints. The staff is amazing as is the Captain. Entertainment is a 2 piece set up and they perform live and take requests, the lead vocalist is stellar. The food and drinks are the best is the area, crab cakes are serious, no filler, lots of crabs. Will definitely be back again. Bring the kids, watch the sunset, enjoy and amazing evening!!

If you’re looking for a highlight of your trip to the Emerald Coast, you have to book a night with SunQuest Cruises. We recently spent an evening on the SOLARIS yacht out of the Baytowne Marina, and it was easily the most romantic evening on our vacation.
From the moment we walked onto the deck, the staff made us feel like VIPs. The atmosphere is the perfect blend of upscale and relaxed. We started with cocktails on the sky deck, watching the sun dip below the horizon and turning the sky into shades of cotton candy—the cruise took us through Choctawhatchee Bay and provided the perfect backdrop for some of our favorite vacation photos.
The food was a total standout. Often, dinner cruises can feel “mass-produced,” but our meals were excellent, fresh, and beautifully served. We were genuinely impressed by the quality of the courses. To top it off, the live entertainment was fantastic. The musician knew exactly how to set the mood, transitioning from soulful dinner music to more upbeat hits that had us dancing by the end of the night.
It felt less like a “tour” and more like an intimate, curated, fine dining experience. Whether you’re celebrating an anniversary or just want a memorable night out, this is the way to do it.

This was a wonderful experience! The staff and service is all that you’d expect. Their dinner was amazing with plenty of selection that you make prior to your cruise day. Our favorite part was the sky deck with breathtaking sunset and views, it literally was the “cheery on top” for us. We will definitely be booking again!

I went on a public dinner cruise aboard the Solaris with some friends and it was such a wonderful experience! The staff was professional and incredibly attentive. They made us feel so welcome!! The yacht itself was beautiful.
The food was delicious and exceeded my expectations. I got the short ribs and definitely recommend. Everything was well-prepared and presented very nicely. We also added the open bar package and upgraded to a window table, and it was 100% worth it!
Overall, it was such an enjoyable girls night out on the water, and I would highly recommend it to anyone in the area!

My fiancé and I had our most recent date night on the dinner cruise and we loved it! We had attended an event on the yacht previously, so we already knew the food would be great. My fiancé had the shrimp and grits and I had the crab cakes – both were delicious! The house entertainers were great and definitely kept things lively after dinner! Watching the sunset on the top deck was really nice 🙂 Would definitely recommend as a fun date night option!

CONS: There are several fees not included when you make reservations… Credit/debit card. Commission. Can’t remember the last fee. There was almost a $100 in fees. NOT COOL AND NOT EXPECTED!

We had an amazing time! My husband and I did this cruise 12 years ago. While planing a church couple event, we suggested it. Many people were excited. We were 18 couples and everyone had a blast. Josh was our event coordinator and he was Amazing! The food was really good.

We had our wedding aboard the Solaris Yacht and it was absolutely phenomenal! Courtney and Lindsey did all the hard work so all we had to do was show up and have fun. We followed all of their suggestions for vendors and couldn’t have been more pleased. All of our guest have not stopped talking about what a unique and fun wedding it was. The food was delicious and the staff was wonderful.
