Please STOP watering down your iced green teas to a point that there isn’t any tea!! Just this Plainwell location.
The Plainwell location has been watering their Iced Green Teas down for a little over a few months now. I have waited and tried to be patient. I’ve resorted to grabbing my teas from home, BigB or from a Kalamazoo location or a Grand Rapids locations instead of stopping at my home location.
Please fix your ratios. They are very off from all other locations and I don’t pay four dollars for water tinted tan. Thanks!

Plainwell Starbucks is a hit or miss with most days being a miss. They have a couple employees that can make a great drink in the mornings but if they ain’t there might as well plan on drinking straight oat milk .

Don’t listen to these other people below me, this place rocks. The staff is friendly and caring, the management is great, and I’ve never had a problem here. I go here and get what I expect. If you care about the consistency of your coffee like the lady below me just make it yourself. Its a chain not a 2 michelin star restaurant.

Staff is always friendly as this location and even when there is a line in the drive through they get the traffic through quickly.

This Starbucks location has moved into first place in my “worst Starbucks in the 46 states that I have visited “. The drive-through lane was empty, there were maybe three customers already seated, and five – yes, five – employees, and they still took three minutes before even saying hello to me standing at the register. Three of them were just standing around doing nothing. Then about another six minutes to make my drink. Completely unacceptable! By the way, it’s also very difficult to get to this place, and you have to be careful when you go to pull out because you can’t make a left. And whatever you do, do NOT enter the parking lot next-door. It looks like it connects, but it doesn’t and it will screw you up big time.
