The employees are the WORST. The night manager was terrible. We ordered 3 different orders of wings. 2 original hot, 1 lemon pepper. They not only shorted us wings, but put an order of lemon pepper and an order of buffalo in the same box. They also didn’t actually toss the wings. Additionally, they didn’t bother to put the tops on the ranch so it spilled all inside the bag. When I called to put my complaint in, the manger hung up, then continued to hang up 2 more times. Once she got on the phone I told her what happened with mixing up the order and she stated, “oh we do that here”. I told her, I’d like my money refunded she laughed and hung up. She refused to speak to me after, just kept putting me on hold.

I doubt much will happen but don’t go to wingstop on Juban, it’s classless and they can’t follow simple instructions.

The manager is incredibly rude. I picked up my order and brought it home only to notice I was missing my dips. When I returned to the store to pick up the missing items, I was informed that it is “policy” to bring in the box that was supposed to contain the missing items. I had left the food at home so that my kids could eat, so I was required to pay for the “additional” dips that were supposed to be included in my order. The manager was dismissive and rude during my transaction. The food and other staff were great, but the management ruined the experience.

I would not buy from this wingstop at all. This was my first time trying wingstop and I will not buy from another wingstop not even in a different location.

One my wingz was so hard seriously hard. My wingz was not even covered in sauce all the way it was half on there. Wings was very nasty

Fries i requested light salt my fries was so salty this meal was a true waste of money. And im pissed beyond cause this was my only food and i was in a busniess meeting so, I could not return the food or nothing. Im very pissed and Will never buy from this company again.

Not great, not the worst. Ordered two different flavors of bone in wings (10 piece), and Buffalo fries. The wings were a good size but did not have much flavor in the chicken itself. Sauce was okay. The Buffalo fries were good, and may have been great if they were warm. Which brings me to my next issue is that their website for some reason said it would take 25-30 minute, I showed up 20 minutes after placing my order and it was already done. Upon checking it in the car, it seems like it’s been sitting for a little while already.

Overall I probably wouldn’t be back, but it wasn’t the worst. Certainly not worth $22.

I had a great experience at this Wing Stop. The wait can be a little lengthy, but that is understandable to say how busy they are. All of the employees were working and hustling to get the orders out. My food was fresh & hot and even the music at this location was Superb. I didn’t mine waiting at all with the vibes they had going. Javonte was a great front desk associate making sure that everyone that had been waiting was taken care of, definitely my new favorite Wing Stop!

I ordered tonight for my girlfriend and I and was accused of theft and lying almost immediately. We received our order from DoorDash at 8:00, called at them 8:03 to report a missing ranch dressing, being shorted on fries and a wing, and her order of wings sauce being mixed with mine. Arriving at 8:09 the manager and fry cooks were not willing to accept responsibility and kept on claiming we had ate the order of fries. Unless we are competitive eaters I don’t understand how we would’ve met that, we don’t live far from the establishment giving us an even better case against their claims. This store needs help because there’s been multiple manager swaps even seeing a manager threatening violence towards customers when they produced a wrong order. The only person we received some sort of respect from was the cashier. Would give 0 stars if I could. The photo shows what perfection is to them and the number count is correct.

It was not a great day at this Wing Stop.
We ordered ahead online and our order was estimated to be ready in 16-21 minutes. When we arrived 25 minutes later our order was not ready, and we waited another 20 minutes for it. They were out of corn, carrots, and chicken tenders. Several other customers and 3 delivery drivers were also waiting. The cashier was telling walk-in customers that it would be 30 minutes to an hour wait. Most of them just left.

Wing stop? More like wing STOP IT. Rude employees who can’t be bothered to do their job. Acting like you are inconveniencing them by your existence. I came to pickup an online order and there were employees standing in front of the counter where my food was sitting just looking at me. No offer to help. Purposely avoiding eye contact. Wouldn’t acknowledge my attempts to talk to them. Walked away and started talking to another employee who was – wait for it – also standing around doing nothing. Finally the lady working the register acknowledged me with the warmth of someone trying to pass a kidney stone. After I asked if I could please pick up my to go order- She sighed, melted over to the to-go counter (I don’t have a verb other than melted – it was like a glacier slowly drifting 3ft across the room). She grabs my bag, slowly swings it over to the counter as if revealing a magic trick and then dropped it on the counter with a thud before melting back over to the register. My “thank you” was greeted with a grunt like a moose in mating season. So yeah, 5 stars on awfulness. Oh, and the order was messed up (shocker). Nope, won’t be back.

We stood at counter for 5 minutes while workers just looked at us or walked off with friends. When someone finally came to the register, I made the comment, I was wondering if someone was going to help us, and the girl replied”we have so many orders” as if they wasn’t interested in waiting on us. Told them no thanks and we walked out.

I’m not one to be rude — because I’ve worked in customer service, but last night was ridiculous. We decided to stop in to place an order to go. The person that took our order said it was going to be 30-45 mins. Okay, that’s fine — I totally understand they had a lot of people ordering online & call in. Sitting there waiting, people were coming in — waiting on their orders. I talked to several people that placed their orders online and said that it would be ready in an hour, get there once their hour was up and still waiting 30 mins to get their food. The front two people working were doing “closing” time things like restocking cups behind the counter and organizing receipts instead of waiting on customers walking through the door. The people working the kitchen were moving so slow, when you have so many orders, drop more chicken & keep them going! We placed our order and paid for it at 8:09, we didn’t get our food until after 9:30. I ordered boneless wings, hardly any sauce & no seasoning on the fries.

For a place that opened about two weeks ago — seems like things should be moving more efficiently.

Just wanted to post a review because I want this establishment to work here in Denham, but multiple customers said that they would go to other locations instead of here.
