Plenty of staff, so your toasted sub will only sit unloved for a max of one minute (still too long for me), but the place is clean and quiet and bathrooms are…usable, so this is a 4-star Subway in SC!

Very clean, vey nice sandwich makers. I enjoy the music they play while waiting on the person ahead of me. Pretty fast and I noticed they also do online orders too. If you can use your subway app or get a hold of coupons I highly recommend that too. Save you some money!

So the interior is fine and the food is what you’d expect BUT,
The service at the hampton subway really stinks. There is a taller woman who occasionally says hello but not always. My last experience included me standing at the meat case while the smaller woman never said anything or even looked at me for about 3-4 min. I used the bathroom then returned to stand for another 4 minutes until the taller woman started my sandwich. I couldn’t see over the metal case that she had passed my sandwich down the line when the smaller woman said nothing and motioned with her hand that I step down to complete my order. No thank you or have a mile day, just silence without eye contact. I will not patronize your establishment again and recommend any other place to get your lunch as they just don’t seem to care, AT ALL.

I LOVE THIS SUBWAY!!!! Personally, I feel it is one of the best within a fifty mile radius. They offer friendly service, I’ve never had a messed up order. If I place an order online, it’s ready upon arrival. The restaurant is always clean as well. I HIGHLY Recommend this location!!!

This is the cleanest Subway I have been to in SC. The service was extremely excellent. The only reason I didn’t give 5 starsi is I tried the Philly Cheese on a flat bread. The bread is a little too doughy for my taste. It should be more crispy. Other than that it was delicious.

Employee attitudes are hit and miss. They’re typically nice, but I’ve definitely gotten some not-so-friendly people. Food is 95% of the time always fresh and tasty! Again, I’ve had a time or two where it wasn’t the best. But overall a nice restaurant. Every once in a while their hours are not correct, for whatever reason. I typically online order at least once bi-weekly and very rarely have issues.

This subway was extremely disappointing, we couldn’t see the meat counter because it was blocked from customer view, after asking for two six inches sandwiches to be toasted, we then waited 15 mins before the lady asked about the veggies and condiments leaving our toasted sub cold and the bread chewy. Prior to them wrapping up our 28 min subs, the lady putting the veggies did not wash the utensils or change her DIRTY gloves before folding them in order to warp them for take out. I have never experienced the worst customer service in ANY restaurant in Hampton county, SC, the cleanness or the store and the employees that were making the subs were disorganized and this left a made taste, I will never be back to this subway after this experience.
