I’ve eaten at Busaba in Louisville, and it was incredible. I ordered delivery from the Pearl St location, and it is pretty gross. I ordered vegetarian spring rolls, which ended up being nothing but spring greens and two shredded carrots. I ordered the vegetarian pad Thai with extra vegetables. There are slivers of green. It’s so sweet, it’s inedible. This place genuinely sucks for the price. Gross.

We dined here last week and the food was flavorful, tasty and quite delicious. Quantity of each dish was very good too. Our server was helpful and helped us pick a dish to add to our selection of vegetarian dishes. We had spicy basil fried rice, three sauce tofu, drunken noodles.

I’m really surprised that this place has such high rating. The service was very slow (even though we came in an hour before closing time after lunch), my tom yum was not even close to the worst tom yum I had in Thailand. I make a better tom yum myself, and I am not a Thai restaurant.
The guests right next to us also experienced some sort of unpleasant time at this place.

I kid you not they messed up my order twice. I ordered from Uber eats for a pickup. First day they gave me thai spicy instead of minimum spice and then they wanted to correct it, but then they gave me chicken. I am vegetarian. I am hoping tomorrow they get it right.

Not sure how this place has such good ratings. The soups are not like tom yum or tom kha at all. Look at the other review pictures; we make better tom yum broth at home using a simple powder packet.
The waitress took a long time to take our order and never brought a check, so we paid at the counter.
I will say that it’s not too expensive despite being on Pearl street, at least.

Larb salad was overly salty and the consistency of chicken glop. Ginger chicken was mostly onions and mediocre flavor. Staff was very nice.

Brand new Thai restaurant in downtown Boulder! We just happened to come across Busaba Pearl Thai, and it was fantastic. I had the most amazing drunken noodles, and my husband loved the cashew nut chicken with their special house recipe.
Our server and waitstaff were so friendly and helpful, and the spacious dining room and open air bar were modern and inviting. Highly recommend Busaba Thai for the food, service, and location. Prices were great, too!

Best Thai food in Boulder Colorado! Get there early. Flavors pop and remember to dial down the spice heat level. Medium was warmer than expected. Great tasting food and an amazing experience!

Best Thai I’ve had in Boulder. Staff was very friendly and dinner was delightful. I had the Massaman Curry (hot) and the Pineapple Fried Rice (mild). Both were good but I liked the PFR just a little bit better – I recommend both.

I ordered Pad Thai through Door Dash. We could not eat it , it was flaming hot even though I specifically ordered mild. My husband can handle spicy food but even he couldn’t eat it. When I called the restaurant they said that because it was an order on Door Dash they couldn’t refund or replace. She even went to ask the manager.
They don’t seem to care at all if you are satisfied customer.
Will not order from this place again.
