We visited for lunch . The staff was very nice and atmosphere was great. I ordered the Pineapple Melted. The Presentation and flavor were amazing. My husband got the lunch special, which he enjoyed really well. I highly recommend this place for lunch or dinner you will not be disappointed

First time in and it smelled amazing. The little spot in downtown catawba was busy on sunday at lunch.
We had the chorizo queso to start and ive never had it with tomato chucks. Very good.
My meal was a combination of Pollo Loco but I added chorizo. Everything was cooked perfectly. Too often, the chicken is dry, but not here.
I ordered the flan, and was not happy with that. The bottom was burnt and it was laid on a drizzle of chocolate instead of caramel (or whatever that normally is).
It was priced ok, and four of us ate for under $100 with an appetizer and 2 desserts. My wife and I will be back.

We went Friday night about closer to 6pm, waited about 30 minutes to be seated. The menus are very easy to read with beautiful coloring. The selection on the menu is the perfect amount. Pedro, our server was very attentive and the beer and soda was never empty. The place was packed from the time we walked in until we walked out, but we felt we were taken care of very well. For this place to only be open for a week, I would give 10 stars. If you try this place within the first month, give them a chance to take care of you, and have an ounce of patience. It is worth it.

I had the friend cheesecake and it was amazing
I would suggest nixing the chocolate drizzle because it doesn’t go well with the cheesecake or your flan (the flan was burnt on the bottom and you can tell it was mixed too much because of all the air pockets in the texture)

We enjoyed our dinner tonight. Everything was great, food, atmosphere, and service. We had cheese dip, the Arroz Puebla and the 3 Catrines Special. Can’t wait to go back and try more of the dishes!

Very clean place, very friendly staff. The server was attentive and took care of us the entire evening. The food was just prefect. I enjoy Mexican food and I very much enjoy when it is done right. Not only was it presented in a way that you couldn’t wait to eat it but it tasted just as good. I had enchiladas and my love had biria tacos. The margaritas were so good I had the swirled margarita which was a classic margarita with fresh sangria swirled in. She had a coconut margarita. The meal and experience was perfect in every way. Trust me give this place a try and you will be back.

My brother picked up food to go on a Saturday afternoon. Our first time here. The food was amazing. I got the super chimichanga and it’s the first one I’ve enjoyed since I lived in s. FL. It came with so much food for $14 . My son got a kids taco and again the portion was great. My brother got an appetizer with steak on fries and again so much delicious food. We’ll definitely be back. We’re so glad it opened up a great Mexican restaurant in walking distance to my house. Who can complain

So thrilled for another dining option in Catawba, and wow, this is a good one! Went this evening and although they were only open for take-out, they accommodated us and two other couples for dine-in. The food was fantastic! I customized my order and it came out correct, hot and delicious. Service was wonderful with our drinks and the chips/salsa refilled often. Prices very reasonable and fun vibe. Will definitely return and make it a frequent option when dining out.

Had family Valentines Day lunch at this new spot! Best Mexican food we have ever had!!! Cannot wait to go back! Great service, great food and great price!!! Our new go place!
