I order here very frequently and the owner Sammy is usually OK but tonight was not the night for Sammy I suppose because he is “very busy!” Sammy expressed his frustration for getting too much business by yelling at me, sucking his teeth and making rude remarks stating “I don’t have time for this! I’m too busy!” I guess having business equates bad attitude and terrible mannerism. I canceled my order. Don’t waste your time here. The food isn’t worth the disrespect. Sammy, I pray God gives you patience as your business will crumble without your customers. Good luck

HORRIBLE!! i called for delivery, a small cheese, pizza and small mozzarella sticks. I received the order reasonably fast. Upon opening my order. The food was mostly warm. (I’m a mile and half away) The pizza sadly was about a 16th of an inch thick with no sauce at all on it just cheese, The mozzarella sticks were not crunchy nor crispy on the outside like they should be, the marinara sauce for dipping was basically red water with one small chunk of tomato in it with no flavor at all, unfortunately. All in all I’m sad to regret I would not order from them again, nor would I recommend it. The old owners back in the day had the food slamming… I don’t know who bought it or what’s going on with it but the “new management” has dropped the ball big time, I would not recommend !

Straight garbage. Never again. Overpriced nasty old out of date food. Ordered a pastrami and the sandwich was grey, devoid of meat n cheese. Do better guys. Golden has and always will suck no matter the location. Spend your money elsewhere! Terrible just awful

Ok place , but let me tell you when you want some extras, they want to charge you all outdoors 4$ for tomato, lettuce, pickle and onion. Are you kidding me? The price of the order was high enough … Remember customers come first and you should bend over backwards to make them happy !!!

My wife and I had a horrible visit, we called in a simple order of a large Turley & Bacon sub with LT and cheese toasted with extra Mayo. When we got home, the sandwich did not have Bacon, cheese or any Mayo at all, it was dry. NOT ANYTHING LIKE THE SANDWICH THAT WE ORDERED. when I walked in, he asked me what I had ordered and I said the exact sandwich that I had ordered, the 2 girls behind him at the oven had a very strange look on their faces, I think they realized that they didn’t make the correct sandwich but did not say a word, VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. The guy at the front counter then asked me if I would leave some money for the kitchen staff, which I did, I left them a 25% tip. When I called them back and informed them that I did not get the food that I ordered, he didn’t offer a thing except saying that the kitchen must have mixed up the order. My wife and I hang around at a club down the street and routinely order many subs and pizzas on Sunday afternoons, especially during sports events. I removed the Golden Name and number from the wall and put up a note about the HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVEICE that we encountered. From his attitude on the phone, I don’t think he really cares!

I order here often, tonight I ordered broccoli and cheese balls and realized they had bacon in them!! My husband does not eat pork!! We have always ordered these in the past and never had this issue. We called and spoke to a woman who was the owners wife, she insisted there was no pork in them and never apologized or offered any compensation for the mistake. She was very inconsiderate and rude, and we are very disappointed!!

Today, I was disappointed with Golden Pizza in Grafton. I usually buy from the Chandler location, but this time, I ordered the Golden Pizza Special from Grafton. When I opened the box, the pizza looked overcooked—the cheese was crispy and browned. They also skimped on the toppings; it seemed like only a quarter of the ingredients compared to what I usually get at Chandler.
On top of that, the pizza had a strange smell, almost like a dirty kitchen. The entire location had an odd odor when I walked in. The pizza smelled so bad that I didn’t feel it was safe to eat, so I had to throw it away. For now, I’ll stick to ordering from the Chandler location.
