I will never eat here again, The fact that I took my 3 kids out to eat and had the police called on me for them adding a $32 tip to my bill. When I was already paying a bill of $200 was crazy. The sign on the door said 5 or more people a 16% gratuity. I did not have 5 people with me and no to go orders. Only the food I purchased to eat there. After being their 45 minutes I was not able to eat my food because my 3 month baby was sleepy. Charging a extra $32 will result in me and my family eating else where and the acting Manager JoJo had a smart mouth.

I honestly don’t know how this place has such a high overall rating. They MUST be removing the negative ones. I literally live in Breaux Bridge, LA. I’ve lived in the area my whole life. The quality of the food, service and atmosphere are very poor compared to Cajun standards. The seafood had almost NO flavor which tells me that it was frozen for a long time. The crab patties were store bought. My waitress was pleasant but would just drop my food and go. Not a word said. And I was one of only 3 tables seated in the whole restaurant so it’s not like she was busy. The restaurant stinks like it hasn’t been cleaned properly in a long time. The floors look and feel gross. The parking lot was full of trash that has clearly been there a long time. VERY disappointing experience. Needs to shut down and stop using my city’s name.

All the seafood is imported and the service was bad, we ordered the red beans and rice and it isn’t anything near La. It’s much better at Proffits Porch. If you’re looking for real La. cooking look somewhere else, I will never go back.

Food was cold and lacked flavor. Shrimp on poboy was over cooked and rubbery. Poboy served on what looked and tasted like hot dog bun. Red beans very little sausage and tasted like they came from a can. No seasoningin red beans. Side order of smoke sausage was cold. Onion rings followed the same – cold and lacking flavor. Food definitely did not represent South Louisiana traditions. The staff was very cordial when we picked up food.

We really enjoyed it! Not your ordinary fried fish fare, this was actually boiled/steamed and tasted fantastic. There was about a 30 minute wait at 6 pm on a Saturday. Seating looks crowded but doesn’t feel crowded at your table. Wait staff was pleasant and attentive. We got a lot of food for a good price point and it was cooked really well. I ordered “hot” which I didn’t feel was accurate. There is a “very hot” that I’ll try next time. I’m not a real fan of the bags, but overall we had a great experience.

Got my food to go because I was not sure in dining in was available. I ordered after getting there. The to go cashier was friendly. My food was ready after ten minutes. It tasted very good. Various levels of heat on sauces . At suggestion of replyer I dined in this time. Utensils are all plastic. Paper down on tables. Sweet tea was good, glasses too were plastic even inside. I did not realize I ordered the same thing this time. Full meal for one tax and everything just under $15.00.

First time eating here. Our server was nice and the food was good. The drinks were…heavily poured, no complaints from me though all I tasted was liquor, I have no idea what the drink was supposed to taste like. If anybody knows please let me know. I got the Zydeco drink

I like Breux bridge, but I feel like they aren’t really consistent with the quality of the food. There have been times I ordered the crab, and had plenty of juice in the bag, while others I spend close to $100, and it is almost dry because there’s only a slight drizzle of moisture on the bottom of the bag. Also, the service seems hit or miss when dining in.

My husband and I just moved to Columbus yesterday and this was where we chose to celebrate our move. We made an amazing choice! The food was absolutely incredible. Our server was very attentive and she was also very informative about the drinks they had to offer! We loved it here, and we will be back!

Very good food and Good service too! I gave 4 stars only because we ordered the”wings”as an appetizer only to find out that they were not wings at all …but chicken chunks. However the food was more than enough to fill us up with some left to take home
