The Blackened Garlic Tonkatsu, Shrimp Tempura, Spicy Edamame so far these are all the ones I’ve tried plus the desserts, Sweet Cream, Strawberry Cheesecake and Ube are phenomenal !!!
Shout out to Frank & Ben for making my family happy with their awesome hospitality.
My grandmother of 95 years old from Hokkaido Japan said that this was the best authentic Ramen she has had in a long time!
First of all, the service was polite yet not much courteous.
Secondly, they offered giving us the hot sauce on the side when we asked if we can have less spicy in the ramen. We agreed. It turns out that they CHARGED $1 EXTRA for the little bit of hot sauce.
3rd, the pork belly bao is so small. I’m sure a bigger guy can eat it in one bite. It was 2 bites for me. And it only has 1 thin slice of meat; unlike what they showed in the menu photo.
Ramen was ok. But we much prefer the traditional thicker white bone broth instead of the thin shoyu broth.
The black roasted garlic tonkotsu is great not garlic not burnt flavor. The spicy miso was amazing, the pork belly bao bun was very great amazing with a crisp crunch great taste and texture.
Service was amazingly great.
Prices are affordable.
Place is clean neat and organized.
Way Better than big name oriental food places.
Came back today 15 Oct 2025 was asked and told that a new item was coming to the menu if I wanted to try ?
I said yes
Spare rib black garlic Tonkotsu.
Let me tell you the beef rib so tender, Juicy and flavorful, worth everything and better than beef rib pho.
You can add or substitute the meat for the beef rib for an additional price.
We ordered ramen, burgers, bao and shake.
The ramen is not bad at all but the pork belly is way too fat. I eat pork belly all the time but it didn’t cook well. It almost like they only water boil the meat.
I like the flavor of broth and the texture of the ramen noodles but the temperature of the broth is only lukewarm.
The burger and bao are okay. The shake was really watery. They have wide varieties of food but we haven’t found anything that we really love yet. Kinds disappointing.
Had the black garlic tonkatsu ramen. The flavor is quite pleasant, not to overpowering, it’s on the sweeter side but overall good flavor.
Baos were great and so were the sweet potato fries.
I don’t normally leave reviews so this was a a hidden gem. Props to the chef.
