So we ordered on the app and picked it up and we head home for the day. Well when we got home and opened are sandwiches, they were completely wrong, so we head back to this subway with the sandwiches and receipt in hand. We get there and no one was around so we wait for about ten minutes and finally ask the front desk people and they say to ring the doorbell, which we do. An older lady came out and we told her our situation, and she completely refuted us. She said she didn’t make them incorrectly and asked us specifically what was wrong, to which we told her. She then started making our sandwiches again and kept us asking in a rude tone if each item she put on was correct. Finally, a younger woman with bright red hair came out and asked what was wrong. The older woman replied,” I apparently made these sandwiches wrong.” She was really rude about it and made it seem like we were lying, even though she’s the one who messed up our order. The younger lady took over and started making our sandwiches instead. She was extremely nice and understanding. She asked how our day was going and apologized for the incident. She was super sweet and honestly had amazing customer service!! She is not the reason for the low score, that other lady was, and if she had honestly kept her mouth shut and hadn’t been so rude to us, the score would’ve been better. It’s okay to make mistakes, but just own up to them, especially in the food and retail industry.

I placed an online order a few minutes before I arrived, and when I got there, it was ready and packaged for me. The person working was very nice and personable. He recognized I came for a pickup order, handed it to me, and I was on my way! Great experience. Food was hot and delicious too!

I placed an order and paid on the app and all was good. I arrived to pickup my sandwich and there was nobody to be found working at subway. This location is inside a Casey’s and Casey’s cashiers said there hadn’t been anyone working there for at least 4 hrs and this happens frequently. So I paid for a sandwich and didn’t get anything. So I send Subway corporate office a message and still have not received a reply. If this is how Subway treats there customers I will never set foot back in one again. They don’t even deserve a star. But that’s the least it will let me put.

i got a 6 inch earlier today and i’m normally not a complainer, even if my food is wrong i normally just eat it, however i am an avid ranch enthusiast so when i bit into my sub and my ranch tasted weird i was immediately heartbroken as subway ranch is the best obviously. i debated for maybe 10 minutes whether or not i wanted to go back in and ask them to remake it, i did and the young guy up front was SO SO nice. he fixed everything for me, he apologized and was extremely friendly. and the second sandwich tasted great. he didn’t even make it a problem he immediately helped me out and i really appreciated that. great experience

Nobody is working there when it says open. I ordered food yesterday on the app….and lost my money. I can’t reach anyone to get a refund. I was told that nobody has been showing up to work and managers do nothing there. I just want my money back. DO NOT GO TO THIS SUBWAY! there is another one in kingston this one is not worth your time.

Find workers who actually can work in subway do not leave the pregnant lady to work by herself because she cannot do the toast because she feels she’s gonna throw up. Nothing against her. I wish her all the best and to have 10 more kids but today I stay without my lunch because she’s pregnant sensitive. I will now stop by every single day and keep leaving the bed review until I don’t get food as I ordered.

Horrible experience. I ordered a whole tuna sub on white bread and I promise you she put only 1/4 a scoop of tuna and I asked for onions a bell pepper with jalapenos when she got done it looked like a 2 year old had slopped it together. I was still gonna get it but I wanted another sandwich and was rudely told that all the bread left was wheat and wraps. So she began cutting my tuna sub and the bread was so stale she was seriously having trouble cutting it. I decided between her attitude the way she slipped my sandwich together and waiting on her to come inside from smoking for over 10 minutes I decided i didn’t want to spend my money to be treated with disrespect and be skimpped on my food I was paying full price for.

Subway has great sandwich makers. But don’t let the managers come out there. They think they’re better than everybody else round. And they don’t treat the employees very good. When we were there the lady had a real attitude like she had to get up and make a sandwich and there was only two of us me and my husband and the sandwich maker that helped us was a young man in his 20s. And he was perfectly capable of handling two customers. And did very well I’ll add and the only reason I’m getting 3 stars is because of the manager that came out with an attitude. She actually said I have to come out and help. People with an attitude I don’t want making my sandwich. But the sandwich itself was good mine was five stars my husband’s was three stars and I’ll let you guess who made who’s LOL

LOVE this Subway!!! I am there 3-4 times per week, Joshua and Jennifer are the most awesome employees EVER! My 5 year old daughter is autistic and has SPD, they are so kind and thoughtful towards her!!! If she is having a bad day, they will talk to her, make her laugh, and ALWAYS treat her wonderfully! Jennifer and Joshua will even make time for her if they are there and they aren’t on the clock!!!! These two make all of the Subways look good PR wise and are two of the best employees that y’all could hope to have. Thank you very much from a very thankful mother of a special needs child! We are usually looked down upon in restaurant settings due to her being “different” and social skill issues. They make us both feel very comfortable, make her smile, and we will never forget that! Kudos Subway for the awesome customer service!

I would give Zero stars but it makes you give at least one. Drove down there for lunch and completely waisted my lunch break. I wouldn’t advise anyone else going there if they want food. I ring the bell after minutes of waiting so I can order, Then an employee comes out of the back and says he cannot serve me because he is prepping food and leaves… This is pathetic I use to work at a restaurant you do not turn away customers because you are busy. I wasn’t even asked what I would like to order to see if he had that. Then I look down and see a make line full of food and a rack full of bread. This is the only complaint I have ever filed.
