The sign from the highway promises a Tim Hortons, but what you get is a counter inside a gas station convenience store staffed by two frantic workers. The donuts were stale, and the coffee just OK. I didn’t dare try to order anything more complicated. One poor guy ahead of me kept having to re-explain his order. Canadians would be horrified of this TH.
The only good thing is that you can buy bagged TH coffee there.

I was so excited that this chain opened up here however you are in for disappointment! The menu is definitely not same as Canadian Tim Hortons and neither is the experience.
I still went ahead and ordered the most safest option – grilled cheese panini and even that turned out horrible. The cheese taste was horrible.

I order one donut for which I had to wait forever for someone to take my order, no customers before me. But when I got to the car and look at my donut, I see a portion of it missing, was it eaten by a mouse, it fell off? Idk. But would not visit this place ever again.

Terrible experience at this Tim Hortons branch. I ordered an Oreo donut—it was okay. They had no regular coffee, only espresso, because their machine was broken, which I was still fine with. But what really ruined the visit was the awful customer service. The Indian lady working there was extremely rude. My mom simply picked up one of their cups to check the size she wanted for her coffee, and this lady came all the way over just to rudely tell her she couldn’t touch it. Completely unnecessary and unprofessional. I’ve never experienced such rude behavior at a coffee shop before. Also the cafe looks very dirty! If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Never coming back!

Come for the food and the coffee not for the service. None of the people behind the counter speak any English so if you have a problem with your order, good luck, trying to figure it out. The app offers good deals and generous points, but many times the system doesn’t work and doesn’t acknowledge your loyalty. It’s a very poorly run operation here.
