Don’t waste your time ordering delivery from this location. Since they now run everything through Uber Eats, any issue with your order ends up being nobody’s fault. I ordered two subs and instead received someone’s entire catering order. Sure, that might sound like a win, but the food had clearly been sitting out for a while—and honestly, I just wanted the subs I paid for.
I tried resolving it through Uber Eats with no success. I called the store three times, and each time they picked up only to immediately hang up. I even submitted a complaint through the Jimmy John’s website with all the order details, but I’m not expecting to hear anything back.
If you’re considering ordering from this location, save yourself the headache. Go to a different store or choose one of the many other sub places nearby.

I am visiting Missou for wrestling tournament from Texas and went to this Jimmy Jonhs for lunch for my family. The staff was very nice and professional. I am disappointed in the food because I got a lettuce wrap ultimate Italian and as I started eating i notice a few brown spots so I opened it to remove and all the lettuce was bad. I can’t believe they would give this lettuce to a customer. With the tournment going on, I wasn’t able to take the food back up there for them to either remake it or get a refund, not a happy customer!

I can’t rave enough about this Jimmy John’s location! Customer service is always a 10/10, they even go as far as asking the customers about their meals and chatting with them at the tables. The food always tastes super fresh and the produce used for topping are always crunchy and delicious!

Do not waste your time going to this location. They lock their doors before close then ignore you standing at the door and will not refund you. They always have the worst attitude. Especially the old man is always so rude.

The delivery is terrible now without JJ delivery drivers. The Uber delivery is slow and terrible service. I ordered for 12, and estimated delivery is 12:55. The last time I had an Uber driver deliver, it was also an hour late and she smoked and had animals in her car. I really hope this is phased out soon because I won’t be ordering delivery again.

Placed order at 7:29 pm. Order arrived at 9:25 pm. Weather is very cold so I figured there would be a wait. However, two hours is a long time when realistically this location is 1.1 miles from my work. I’m unable to leave work or I would have gone in and picked it up myself. Sandwich wasn’t cut in half as requested on the receipt. I also ordered mayo and mustard packets which were not included but that’s not a huge deal. I ordered extra Jimmy peppers and there were less than there normally is when just ordering the regular amount. Sandwich bread was pretty stale as well. Overall not a good experience which is sad because I love Jimmy Johns!!

I did an order for delivery and it was never received. The tracking in the email said it was delivered.It was not. I was never called. I attended to contact the store for an hour and a half, and nobody would answer despite them being open.

This restaurant is terribly unhelpful. They never answer the phone when I call during business hours. I need to make changes to an order through the app but it seems impossible. I’ve wasted too much money at this store and will not be ordering from it again.

Don’t bother replying back to the Jimmy John representative that asks you to submit your feedback online. When they reply to your review here, and you go through the trouble to do so, they don’t do anything about it. They don’t reach out to you they don’t try to make it right, they don’t do anything. Don’t waste your time.
