The owner and son are super nice! When i came in to pick up my orders it wasn’t ready due to he wants everything to be fresh and hot. I ordered 2 baked mostaccioli he combined my order and put it into one huge tray . The tray was more than what i paid for and he then gave me more freshly baked biscuits. He was offering to give more free bread sticks I didn’t want to take all their food and also I was in hurry. Wish all the restaurants owner and staff would be like them, Not because he was giving more food the way he appreciates his customers and very welcoming. The food are fresh and good. I wish it was closer to my home i like Brown’s mushrooms . Someone mentioned the breading is different I had to think about it it’s been awhile since i ordered Brown’s mushrooms. I actually like the new version than the old breading. Thank you again!

New store location looks like new owners too. It’s much better than when it was across the street. Everything is painted new and it’s bright and cheery in there. Staff was friendly. I did have to wait for the chicken but I understand they’re not going to have chicken waiting for me so it’s nice to see that they’re making it to order versus having chicken just sit there. Next time I’ll phone ahead avoid the wait.
Mushrooms are awesome and chicken is awesome usually too.
I got it last night and I in the morning I realized that the breading was not what Brown’s Chicken normally has on it’s chicken. It was totally different than the breading which was on the mushrooms. It was good but it was not the traditional breading.

We wanted to like this place but I just can’t. The chicken (even though it was freshly made) was so so bland, not even a trace of salt! I want to add that it is extremely overpriced for the low quality they are serving. The sign outside had no light on at night, it was so empty at dinner time! The bathroom was just yuck (please find the time to keep it clean). It was such a disappointment. Not going back.

I pre-ordered a 12-piece all white meat with 12 biscuits at 11am to pick up at 5:30pm. It’s 5:55pm and they’re nowhere near done with my order. They told me “five more minutes” 25 minutes ago. Like what were they doing all day? Why the long delay? There were others also waiting and wondering why it’s taking so long for their order.

Ordered 4 piece dinner and the bill was 18$. Web site said 12 something. They said that’s the online order only. Did they help? No. Went to my phone but too hard to order right away so went to Meijer and got turkey taco fixings for 12$.

came in around 40 minutes before close and the employee was visibly upset I came in. no greeting, just stared at me. then he actually wouldn’t make me any food. said he had 2pc chicken left and that was it for tonight. it was shear laziness and honestly hilarious.

Food was catered for around 20 people and a couple of us got some pretty bad food poisoning. Felt like i was dying the next day and the day after. Writing this as i am dying. Second day of dying. I dont remember the last time chicken betrayed me, but i’ll remember this.
