Last time I was at this establishment. It went well. No screaming kids, no complaining customers, no pretentious employees. Free parking. Able to talk with the people I was with. Food was what one thinks it would be. The atmosphere – well that was breathable.

It’s McDonald’s, I typically that fast friendly service. I’ve received orders with issues, but they quickly fix the problem. One thing I really didn’t like is the lack of a self serve drink station, but I’m guessing being closer to the high school has something to do with it. Also there’s no trash can in the drive thru which McDonald locations usually have.

The “owner” JOSH speak so bad to customers and very un professional!
I’ve seen this on numerous occasions.
The food I’ve gotten twice has had hair in it. The workers do not wear gloves touch the food than scratch their head. It’s gross environment .

Made an order online on Christmas Eve through the app and went through drive through to pick up it where everything was turned off and online said they were opened and tried talking to the staff and said we had to cancel our order because they closed already. We got there and there were still people inside eating and they refused to make our order. Staff was unfriendly and I also work in the restaurant environment and why would they accept an order and not make it?!?

I went there today and the service was terrible. There was 3 groups inside and it took 15 minutes. Okay thats fine, but the behavior of one of the employees working there was unacceptable.
He brings our food over to our table and throws it down on our table so it kind of slid as he put it down. We didnt get a straw, so I went to ask for one and he just threw it towards me again.
He was super friendly with all the other white people though. Will never return here and will most definitely be reaching out to corporate about this.

You have to wait for atleast 30 minutes at the store if you are picking up an Uber Eats order. It is unbelievable that the management at this store is not making a conscious effort to advance the process for Uber Eats like they do for doordash. Until that happens, I am never ordering again from this location!
