I am so very pleased. The guy who answered the phone on a windy ugly night was nice although I could tell that they were swamped busy. I mean it was Saturday night and bad weather still he was cool. Told me it would be 45 minutes for the delivery and I was cool with that. The pizza showed up way before the 45 minutes and the delivery guy was pleasant. I ordered a plain large pepperoni pizza which was perfect. Perfect crust , right amount of sauce, perfect pepperoni. Everything was just right. Wished I had ordered 2 …

Love the pizza and the service we received here! We got a loaded Deluxe with pepperoni sausage mushroom olives onion bell peppers.I lived in Chicago and this was the pizza I miss! The fresh dough makes the crust soft on the inside and crispy outside. I also lived in Colorado and loved your location in Colorado springs Thanks for the good food and the memories!!! I ordered a pizza & salad. Pizza: unimpressive but fine. Salad: I can’t believe they had the audacity to try to serve us that. The tomatoes were moldy, eggs were slimy & sad, lettuce wilted. So, I ordered me a large Italian beef with sweet peppers and pineapples. Hoping for a taste of home. But all I got a box of disappointment!!! For a company claiming to be a Chicago-style pizza Facility, you guys have missed the mark by miles. I tried fixing it when I got home. But I didn’t have enough ranch dressing.
Your sauce tasted like you came right out of the can the bell peppers were on maybe four of the pieces the pineapples was the three of the pieces but never on the same slice.

WOW. Seriously so impressed by Pizza 9. We ordered 6 pizzas with a salad and everything was hot and delicious. The salad was huge and fresh, and the pizza was thick and tasty. The delivery was on time and the staff were friendly. Pizza 9 is definitely underrated and honestly way better than Dions! Their menu has way more variety and they deliver, which Dions doesn’t. Our family had never eaten from Pizza 9 but decided to give it a try for our event and couldn’t be more happy. Will be ordering again there from now on!

I’d guess Pizza 9 (from outer space?) on Southern in Rio Rancho is representative of the others, but WHY are there other locations of this woeful attempt at edible food. The crust is like a crispy matzoh at best, but a bland yet crispy cardboard would not go awry as a descriptor. The sauce on my Lobo pizza was uninspired – I think it’s just there to add moisture – however the sausage was good. The pepperoni might have been tasty, but it’s all in a ring just inside the edge of the crust and gets completely dessicated during the bake. I suspect most customers do not eat that far up to the edge of that god-awful crust.

Being from Chicago, I’m pretty picky when it comes to pizza. Pizza 9 is ok, nothing to write home about, but what put me off the most has been service. I first ordered on our first night in RR and first, the guy couldn’t get my credit card run correctly. The second guy managed just fine, then my order came wrong but we were too tired to complain or care too much so I let it be.
Second time I ordered was about 3 months later, order came wrong again. This time I called, girl said no problem, she’d give me a credit so I could get the correct pizza another night. The following day I called to order because I tend to forget about credits. I ordered the exact pizza I ordered the night before, and somehow this time it was $3.49 more than it had been the night before. I asked if this was a delivery charge or what, and he guy said no, it’s the price difference in the pizza. After spending about ten minutes trying to explain that there shouldn’t be a price difference since I ordered the exact same thing the night before, the receipt said I ordered it, it just came wrong, I gave up. I’ll pay the extra and will just not order from them again. The average pizza is not worth the hassle.
Update: 6 yrs later and we tried again. They don’t know what deep dish pizza is. Spent deep dish money for what is essentially Pizza Hut’s pan pizza with less flavor. Got wings and they are the most disgusting dry, TINY wings you could imagine. Bones literally breaking just trying to get the meat off. Disgusting. Should have learned my lesson but I tried to be positive that maybe all this time later meant they’d have improved. Nope. Little Cesar’s or dominoes would be a better choice and anyone who know pizza knows that is saying all you need to know.

We used to love coming here but tonight the service was horrible. We were told the order would be ready in 20 but we had to wait an additional 25 before it getting it. During the wait we noticed the employees never used gloves when handling the food. The cashier would take money and then promptly touch food when preparing other orders. We won’t be coming back.

11/10/13 this is my new favorite pizza place i come here all the time and its awesome. mostly because i live and work super close. the deluxe is maybe my favorite but the all meat and a regular pepperoni and cheese is awesome as well. I mostly been getting deep dish but the thin is good too. still pretty greasy but i dont care. customer service is awesome every time.10/18/13 I went here on a recommendation from a coworker. I got a large deep dish all meat pizza, chicken wings, and bread cheese nuggets. The pizza was pretty good kind of reminds me of pizza hut a little bit the topping were good but it’s kind of greasy. Pizza was probably the best thing I ordered. The chicken wings were pretty damn decent but maybe would of been better if they were hotter but they were still good. The bread cheese nuggets were not that great seems kind of doughy. I’ll go back to try some different kinds of pizzas but I won’t get the nuggets next time.
