Found this lil gem tucked away in a little mall near Bristol St. Staff was friendly and attentive. Delicious food! The brisket was awesome, the mac and cheese was perfect, the tangy cole slaw was yummy. The meat selections where juicy and flavorful. Pro tip: they do not have a liquor license, but you can bring in your own!

Wow. First off, shoutout George he works his butt off. The food was delicious. The chicken was perfectly seasoned and the brisket had the perfect meat to fat ratio. Their Ribbro bbq sauce is honestly a top 5 bbq of all time and that is saying something. Mustard bbq sauce was top tier too. Coleslaw and beans are the perfect combo with any meat. Well done RIBBRO, well done.

Rib bro in Newport Beach is a Korean fusion Texas style bbq that is pretty affordable. Their head chef moved here from Texas so you know the flavors are authentic. They smoke their brisket for 13 hours and everything is seasoned so well. My favorite items are the pork ribs, sausage, Mac and cheese, and their corn bread is actually insane.

Got the 1/2 pound beef brisket and it was absolutely delicious! Super juicy slices with a very tasty outer part (bark?). Also, I ordered pickup and after returning to my car to wait, the guy working there came outside to hand it directly to me. If you’re reading this, I appreciate it. Would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for some amazing beef brisket with great service 🙂

Pleasantly surprised by how good their food is. They ran out of brisket so we got chicken and ribs instead. Very tender and juicy with good flavors. As for sides, onion rings were thick and freshly fried. Great mac and corn bread too! I just wished that they had AC.

Good food, nice/relax music, price is moderate, not too many seats, parking is little bit tight.

Leaving a review is a big thing for me but this place deserves it!! The food is phenomenal. Probably the best dip sandwich I’ve ever had and comes on buttery Texas toast. The fried potstickers are out of this world and a cross between a traditional sticker and a wonton. Brent is awesome! He recommended the special of the day and having a beer for happy hour! I had to meet both chefs and pay them a compliment. Jose and Jay, thank you!!! This place is officially a new staple!! Going to get a banana bread pudding for a treat later too.

Super friendly service and it came out reasonably quickly, especially for the amount of food we ordered!
We got the 3-4 person family sized meal with brisket, pulled pork and pork ribs, Mac and cheese, street corn, and kimchi, AND an order of the chicken wings!
The fries under the chicken wings were a delicious surprise! They’re wide cut, but sliced thin, so they’re both super crispy, and substantially potato-ey.
The brisket was my favorite, followed closely by the pork ribs which are thick and meaty. But everything was enjoyable and quite good.
The owner was so kind and gave us an order of his dirty rice, which comes with a perfect fried egg and brisket and is made with brown rice. He also gave us a little container of a bacon jam to put on the Texas toast to make a little sandwich.
It’s not the cheapest meal, but bbq never is, and the amount and quality are very worth it!
Will definitely be back!

Traditional American BBQ with some Korean influence. The result is a truly amazing BBQ experience. The pulled chicken sandwich was excellent and, yes, kimchi is the perfect side to go along with whatever protein you choose.
