This Popeyes is the worst Popeyes I ever been to. I put my order in online 30 minutes before I got to the store. I still had to wait another 30 minutes , in all we waited over an hour to receive our food. Told them to cancel the order and give me a refund, they claim they couldn’t because it was placed online. The workers had no sense of urgency and are so rude and deserve to be fired . They also lie, saying they were bagging my food when I first arrived. Giving a bunch of free chicken doesn’t make up for the time they wasted. I will never eat here again.

This is surely in the running to become the slowest “fast food” in the Carolinas. There is no way this level of staff could handle a bustling city lunch environment. The menu is quite pricey beyond credible taste…personally. The sad part is that this generation of young considerate employees are out on mental maturity leave for possibly the next 5 to 10yrs.

Will never stop at this location again I get 3 pieces and chicken size of hot wigs come on now I spent 12 dollars!! So I was guessing maybe they didn’t have any chicken done so I walked back in the inside. They had all the big pieces of chicken at the top of the rack and they was given all the little pieces at the bottom of the rack so I said they must’ve taken it home. I wish I could share pictures!! with that said I go to all Popeyes all over Easton North Carolina and never seen this before. This is not my first rodeo when I spend 12 bucks $15 I get regular size pieces of chicken and I was just surprised to see party wings and party drumsticks.bn

I enjoy having a place close to home where I can pick up a quick small plate size meal. My favorite side order is the mac&cheese and desert the regular apple pie. Thank you to the drive through ladies. I am always greeted with a smile and excellent customer service.

My first time there. I bought fried chicken pieces. I came home and the chicken is pink and undercooked. Unfortunately there is no way I can get back there now. I have photos though, admittedly the photo below does not do it justice but you can see the pink. When I called, the person was less than helpful. Absolutely no concern whatsoever that the food was undercooked. In fact when I told her she said “Okay thanks” and started to hang up. Be careful there. I can not return it because I live a distance away and my ride is now gone.

Ordered three combo chicken sandwich. The sandwich was great. French fries was good the unsweet tea is a problem. The tea was water. You can tell they’ve been sitting out for a very long time and the ice diluted them. No flavor at all. One had no ice because it melted. 4 minute drive home to eat. We were too hungry to drive back and wait in line to get what we paid for. Really!

Walked in waited to hear ” do you need to place an order?” From a cashier who then proceeded to ask questions about who was the cashier using the register, 6 employees stood there And 1 was eating chicken at the register …. we left… worse experience ever in Popeyes and we went to Smithfields where the service was excellent.

This is the worst Popeyes that I’ve ever visited. My family and I went there for a bite and it turned and it was the longest 17 minutes I’ve ever waited for food. The manager really needs retraining. She could not keep up with the uptempo service. To top it off the dining room was disgustingly dirty. Send a knowledgeable staff to this location FAST!!! They won’t last long at this pace.
