I love this sweet little cafe set back off Washington Street. I drop in every weekend to enjoy a standout breakfast and piping hot cup of coffee in a real mug (such a nice touch). The food, which is always delicious, is served on different, pretty pieces of antique china from the owner’s collection. The pastries are decadent and varied including Turkish specialties. What really separates Cafe Vista from the multitude of other options in Hoboken, however, is the staff.
Warm and welcoming, they smile when you walk in and remember your preferences. They are genuinely happy you’ve come by.

Amazing. We got breakfast for family of three, enjoying avocado toast, omelette and muffin – every dish was delicious and truly tasty coffee.
Atmosphere is so cozy and warm like visiting mother at home. The interior is so instagramious.
The team is very nice and welcoming, even provided some toys for our son, allowing us to enjoy our coffee peacefully.
Thanks to this place, we had an amazing beginning to our Sunday!

I routinely visit the Vista to work remotely and deal with personal matters. It is a fantastic place to concentrate and get things done. I can rely on amazing and tailored service from the attendants and the owner. Strong coffee, delicious pastries and a hearty menu grace this spot. My double espresso is served in fine china, which makes me feel valued. Love this spot.

Such a cute place to hang out and drink fresh coffee. They serve drinks and food in unique cups and plates which is super cute. I tried their spinach pie and loved it! I would definitely go there and have a coffee and feel the atmosphere. Recommend it very much!

One of my favorite coffee shops in Hoboken! They have fun seasonal drink flavors. They recently added matcha brownies to their pastry selection (at least they were selling them last I went). It was so good. The decor is really cute as well!
Edit: last two times I’ve gone, the milk to matcha/chai mix ratio hasn’t been great. Will go back and try again though! Hoping those last two experiences were flukes bc this had been one of my go to spots prior

Café Vista, tucked away in the back streets of Hoboken, is a delightful little gem that actually reminds me of the charm of a Parisian café mixed with the warmth of grandma’s kitchen. It sounds like an odd combo but it works! The ambiance is cozy and inviting, and I loved the fact my coffee and breakfast were served on old British porcelain!
The service was friendly, attentive, and given the small size of the place, quick. My avocado toast with feta was delicious, although I would have preferred the bread to be served warm. As for the cappuccino, it didn’t quite hit the mark for me personally. It had a slightly bitter taste, but I guess that’s just a matter of personal preference.
I am glad I came here (among other things to support local business), and even if some things did not hit the mark, I will come back, give it another try. It is indeed a very nice place to enjoy a coffee at.

Quaint little coffee shop off the main drag. Love the vibe of the interior. Service was a bit unfriendly. Ordered a rose latte that had a nice rose flavor but it overpowered the espresso and tasted more like a rose milk steamer.

Favorite neighborhood coffee shop!
Pistachio latte is my fav order. Tables are there and it’s a cozy place to relax. Free wifi.

I recently visited this charming coffee shop and was pleasantly impressed! The special coffees they offer are a true delight – rich in flavor and expertly brewed. The selection of pastries is equally impressive, with each treat being a perfect accompaniment to their beverages. Additionally, the breakfast options are a must try. They exceeded my expectations. The cozy ambiance and friendly staff added to the overall enjoyable experience. A definite go to spot for coffee enthusiasts and foodies alike!

Worst coffee shop experience I’ve had in a long time. I ordered a large iced decaf americano that somehow came out to $7 after all of the hidden fees before taxes.
A large americano is $5.50 according to the published menu compared to $5 for a small, so I figured it was worth it to go for a large for $.50 more. The actual charge? $1.00 extra for a large (so $6 instead of $5.50), plus $.50 for ice and $.50 for decaf (why?!) bringing the total to a whopping $7. Nowhere on the published menu does it note that they charge extra for decaf or for ice. When I pointed out the incorrect charge for a large to the barists, he just shrugged and made no attempt to correct it or apologize.
To add insult to injury, the coffee was terrible and tasted like slightly flavored water. There are so many better options in Hoboken. Save your money and don’t go here!!
