Im extremely confused and pissed off about what happen today. I placed an order through the app in advance, goes inside to pick up my order the workers tell me they never received the online order when I showed proof that I paid online. They refused to give me my food from the original order. I paid for the same order again expecting to get my funds back from the first order. They refused to refund me and I have proof that I paid for the same order twice.
Then I drive off from the establishment and its hair in my food. I went through the app to resolve this issue but they also refused to refund me but instead offer a coupon worth $20. I swear on my grandma grave I will never eat or spend my money at another Popeyes. I guess this is their way of stealing from people. I sure as hell didn’t eat the rest of the food.

Absolutely unacceptable experience. At the Popeyes inside the TA Truck Stop in Cartersville, GA, on 1/20/26, I asked about a military discount and the cashier refused to honor it. There was no “thank you for your service,” no respect at all — instead I was made to feel like I was lying about serving my great country.
I have fought for this country and to be treated that way was humiliating and infuriating. Whether or not a discount is offered, the disrespect shown to a veteran is inexcusable. Because of this experience, I will never return to or support Popeyes again. This location clearly does not support our troops, and management should be ashamed.It’s definitely something maybe racist I’m thinking about filing A CIVIL LITIGATION FOR DENYING SERVICE TO A WAR VETERAN

All I wanted was a simple three piece. Just the chicken, with two thighs and a leg. I repeated this 3 times and made sure the lady understood what I said. This is the best Popeye’s I have ever been to! I ordered and stepped to the side and they handed me my order. Never in my 53 years have I gotten served Popeye’s that fast. It wasn’t just me either, the line was moving fast with most getting their food just as fast as me. I ordered the sandwich without mayo and with extra pickles. They were arranged perfectly! The chicken was crispy and fresh! My buddy’s was super fresh, juicy, and crisp also! 5 ⭐ ⭐⭐ ⭐⭐’s . The location’s owner has great workers at all 3 fast food shops there!

I placed an uber eats order which got accepted, I went to go pick up the order around 10pm only for them to close the restaurant early and refuse me entry even though I knocked on the window. I cancelled the order only then to be told my uber eats I cant get a refund as the restaurant accepted the order. Very unprofessional to close early without any explanation.
