Called management and after a 10-15 hold… said he inspected my order and said it was fine and won’t do any anything and inferred I was a putz for calling!!!
The food is 60/40. 60 to 70% of the time it’s good. They somehow forgot how to cut the pizza at some point. The biggest problem is the greese. I’ve had too many pizza’s just loaded with greese and all soggy even “well done”. This pizza I just got wasn’t even hot or cut all the way through. Had to rip pieces off just to eat.
As for the employees I get it. Most of them are folks just working to have a job. Lazy? Some yeah. They do get pizza made decently fast, but that’s probably why the quality has dropped even though it takes them 30 minutes to make a pizza sometimes.
They have screwed up deliveries a lot more than they should have. Once a driver left my food in the rain. Compensation was a digital coupon for a “free” pizza which wasn’t. $5 and the on the app you still need to order at least $20 worth of something to have it delivered.
Multiple times the drivers brought my food to the wrong place and too many times did it take 45 minutes to an hour to get my food.
Nothing more to really say. The place changed around 6 or 7 years ago and since then it’s gotten worse.
Adding on- I got my food 2 days later from a neighbor WAY down. Food was obviously old and disgusting. You need to teach your employees to read house/apartment numbers. If theres a garage with the number on it, just maybe the walkway connected to the driveway is the CORRECT door. I’ve used Doordash for a couple years, never had a problem.
