This is the perfect stop for desert. We had a coffee ice cream sandwich with the white chocolate Carmel pecan cookies. Soooo good. We also had the ooey gooey cake ice cream in a waffle cone. This was a great stop if you are in Birmingham. The coffee ice cream was really good. It’s made from a local coffee, OHenrys. The staff were very friendly and the place was nice and clean.

What can you say about delicious handmade ice cream other than it’s, well, delicious. You can literally taste the effort they put into making their ice cream. It’s so awesomely fresh. Cookie Butter is the best ice cream ever. Start with a cookie butter ice cream sandwich, Cookie Butter between two freshly made oatmeal cookies!!! Then try a milkshake made with swett cream. Just delicious. It is a bit pricey, maybe even overly so. But, it’s a treat not an every day thing anyway.

10/10 recommend!! We are in town visiting and noticed the high star review for this place, it definitely lived up to the hype! Everything we had was delicious! The warm cookies paired with the ice cream was amazing! I will be craving the Maple Pound Cake Ice Cream from now on.

One of my favorite dessert spots! If you are a snicker-doodle cookie fan like me, you should definitely check them out. They have the best version of them in my opinion. That’s not to say that everything else isn’t delish there too. Trust me I’ve tried it all! 😉 And I’ve never been disappointed with what I’ve gotten. Great place. I tried several of the ice creams they had, all of which were fantastic. I ended up with the blackberry buttered biscuit since it was a seasonal for the summer. The woman working was great. I’m sorry I didn’t catch her name! She was telling me how they’re all homemade and that she is really good at pairing their cookies with the ice cream and that the cookies are underrated. I agree. One scoop and a cookie was $5.75 and I’d gladly have laid $9 for the combo. I’ll definitely be back with my family!

Get the pretzel toffee cookie right now! Get 3 or 4 of them! Put ice cream between them! It’s all so good, the ice cream, the brownie cookie, the chocolate chip cookie, but man that pretzel toffee should win awards all by itself. The staff here is always so nice and helpful. Everyone wears a smile and is always so joyful. I love that it’s right next to Martins cause it follows that salt bbq so well. Ben and Wendy are so great and run such a wonderful shop here in Cahaba Heights.

We always enjoy visiting Bendy’s—their ice cream is some of the best in Birmingham! However, we were disappointed on our last visit. We arrived at 8:15 on a Saturday night and were told milkshakes weren’t available because the machine had already been cleaned, even though the store doesn’t close until 9:30. Hopefully, they’ll reconsider the policy of cleaning the machine an hour before closing.
