This Jack’s location really started out with a bang. I was there on the very first day that they opened. The service was great and the food was also very good. They had an excellent staff and their service was as close to Chick-fil-A as it gets. Living and working near by I visited regularly. Over the years the entire place has degraded at an exponential rate. The staff is literally awful now. Customer service is non existent. They are rude and could care less about the customer. The food is sub par at best. The restraunt is usually nasty with trash cans over flowing and the bathrooms are like something out of a horror movie. Coming from eating at the Jack’s in Alabama for many years before they opened here I know that this is not what the chain was known for or based on. These days this is my last resort to stop in for food on my way home or on my lunch break. I highly recommend thinking twice before stopping into Jack’s in Hixson.

You have a employee named Gregory. He was so helpful and polite. My order was a own line . When I went to pick it up I asked him if he could put the green beans in a bowl.
He told me they had already if the order, but he would make sure to fix the order the I wanted it. Most of the time employees get mad and not friendly to you. But he was nice. Your online menu doesn’t have a place to tell you to put it in a bowl. He told me to call next time and just tell them

Breakfast is horrible. All fast food has fallen. Not sure what your even eating . Truth be known. If you think this is good , you definitely have never had real good food. Done with fast food . All fast food is compromised. People working in these franchise establishments have nothing to do with it. Do don’t blame them. They’re just trying to make a dollar.

Great customer service. I ordered the two piece dinner and specifically asked for two wings and received breast and thigh. Once I brought it to the servers attention she quickly rectified the situation professionally and she was very friendly and kind. Thank you

I ordered a double cheeseburger combo. The customer in front of me ordered the same but without onions. When the cashier was placing the burgers on the tray she asked the cook which was which. She was told wrong and I got the no onions burger. When I took it to the counter I was giving onions instead of a remake. So I guess the customer who got onions was told to just take them off? And they were laughing about their mistake.

It had been awhile since I visited a Jacks restaurant.
My first time at this location was not good.
I wanted the chicken sandwich and was told they just received some chicken from another store. Really ??? At lunch you realize you’re out of chicken ????
The hamburger wasn’t even hot, it was warmish. The fries were good though.
Thought I would give them another chance last week.
Big mistake!!
Hamburger wasn’t even hot again, the fries tasted freezer burnt and were not cooked long enough.
I won’t be back to Jacks after this.

This is a very nice and new restaurant. We were able to safely dine-in. Wow. This is a beautiful place. Love the big round tables. We were able to oder our food and my family were able to sit at a table near the beautiful fireplace. Such a great touch. This was a warm place to sit near on a cold winter day. Service was friendly and polite. A great experience. Keep up the great work.

Normally I love the food at Jack’s, so we decided to go for a late breakfast. When we went inside, there was a huge line. After standing there for a while, another very annoyed customer warned us that they had been in line for 30 minutes and had barely moved. I could tell they were prioritizing drive thru orders so we tried getting in line for the drive thru. The line was at least moving, but by the time we got to the speaker they had stopped serving breakfast. So after all that wasted time, we just left.

I believe they had forgotten what Fast Food means…every time we are always asked to pull forward and wait nearly 15 to to 20 minutes for them to bring my order. The sad part of that is a worker had to come to my vehicle to verify my damn order.

We hardly ever leave bad reviews but this is the 2nd time this week we’ve had poor customer service from this location. Tonight our order was completely wrong. I’m incredibly frustrated. The food and service here used to be so good. I’m sad to see it go downhill. We’re gonna have to double check our orders from now on or just not go back.
