I placed my order online and came in about 25 minutes later to get it just to be told that they couldn’t see my order on the screen so I basically had to place the order when I got there and wait. While I was waiting another customer came in who had been waiting in the drive thru and his order hadn’t been taken yet. A younger female employee caught an attitude and asked him “you want the food or not?” He rightfully got mad and left. Don’t come here if you’re expecting customer service.

Food was not ready. They said that they had lots of mobile orders, and that those come before in-house/dine in orders. WE’LL waited over an hour for food dining in. Online and drive-thru orders were served first, even after chicken was restocked. I told my cashier that it wasn’t fair, and she said that mobile orders paid first. I told her that everyone in the lobby paid too. She had no problem taking our orders and our money, but ignoring fixing our food for an hour. SHE SAID IT’S POLICY. ♀️

They opened at 10am, it’s currently no food here and tried to get me to come back at 11. It’s currently 10:35. They are just now cooking everything. I’ve been standing in here for 15 minutes. This is terrible. A white male came in directly after me and they took his order as soon as he came in and he did not get asked to come back at 11. They still had no food. Also, there was not discount given or anything for this inconvenience.

Corey the cook was holding the chicken down all by himself and it was hot fresh and tasty. The manager, Tonya and others were taken names and given us our order as quickly as possible, even though they had a long line outside, believe me, it was worth the wait!

Absolutely terrible service. This place won’t last long at this location with attitudes like this. I’ve had better food and better service in Jackson Ms. Being that this is a fairly new location I was definitely expecting better than what we got. The chicken strips were nothing but crust . The employees talked among each other and had zero interest in taking our order. Definitely won’t be back to this location. Manager and HR needs to do some research and do better!

Food isn’t fresh and is almost nauseating. Doesn’t taste like they’re changing the cooking oil either. Even if you ask for fresh they’ll lie and say it is. Items not customized as ordered. No napkins. Terrible lazy employees who don’t care.
