I love this place! Every time I go in, I’m greeted by name. It’s really makes me feel right at home. My order is alway taken and brought to my table quickly. Susan always quick to check on guests and her milkshakes are to die for! If there was refills on milkshakes I probably would never leave! 5 stars, 10/10 experience each time!

In our to-go order the both top and bottom buns were solid black on the inside. We discovered this at home so swapped the charred buns for bread and ate them. But we saved the charred evidence. Later we went back and showed them. Asked them to comp the meal. They said: Do you want some new buns? Of course this is a management problem: the employees are being taught the customer is always wrong. Maybe they all know the site is failing and they are all short-timers.

Every time we visit this location, I am impressed. The sales people are always very friendly and efficient. On this day in particular, our sales counter person was a young man named Joshua. We came here and ordered a pick up order and we were there at 5:30. We were going to order in but all the tables were full so we ordered to go. We waited 20 more minutes and then asked the staff how much more time he said 5 more minutes. About 15 minutes later we finally get the food. The ice cream in the kids meal was melted and they did not give us our sauces. Then when we got the bag on the time it said 5:56 and it was actually 6:07. NOTE : the location at the flower hills mall is a lot better and quicker!

We ordered our pick ups (4 orders since they opened) via the app. They got our orders wrong all 4 times. I asked for the burgers to be well done (they were for children but I order regular burger size for them), they are almost raw. I asked for a classic with everything on one and classic with nothing on the other. They put all the fixings on both. We have food allergies so this was important. When I called the first time and told them they got our order wrong, they said why can’t you just remove the fixings. Really? You should’ve ordered to deliver a replacement. The fries had so many dark spots too. I hope whoever manages this location steps in to save the situation.

We always ate at Burger Lounge in Del Sur, but since this place opened closer to our house, we came here. We ordered Lounge burgers and half and half fries. , over done meat, i said no tomato on my burger and they still put tomato and you know when u put a tomato on a burger, the taste of it still stays even if you take it off. The half and half fries had literally 3 pcs of onion rings, where is justice in that?? I only like the onion rings and my Bf wanted the fries so there was a lot of fries left to be thrown away. This is the second time it failed us! We are just gonna keep going back to the one in Del sur. For a $10 burger, it has to he better than in and out, otherwise Ill just go to in and out. Also service is mediocre. Cmon guys, this is Carmel Valley, Level up! I dont usually give reviews but this need to be better. Its burger lounge. Its the only burger place I go to next to Shake Shack. Ayayay! Have pride in your job and your restaurant guys. Do it right so your business will thrive in this area. And. Pls… stop squirting ketchup on your guest! Lol bye and for other guest coming pls let us know if it gets better. Hope the review helps the owner to make their business better.

don’t order milkshakes they are soup:( It appears they don’t allow enough time for their soft serve to actually get cold.. advertised as made with Tillamook ice cream but wasn’t and still sell soup shakes 0/10 would not recommend and the service was EXTREMELY RUDE.

Super friendly staff. You’re always greeted with a smile, and they go out of their way to provide fantastic service. The burgers are also delicious also. One of my favorite burger lounge locations. Thank you Tim and Jax (and the chefs!!!) for being the best!
